Stayed Dec 24, 2025The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Great place if you’re out and about a lot. The bathroom is a tight setup for a bigger person so just watch out for that. Best thing about it is the food trucks next door. Theres no washer or dryer but there’s laundromats right across the street

Stayed Jul 8, 2024This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed with Fred in Aloha/Beaverton. We are always welcomed and treated like family. We stay here when we come to visit our family in Oregon. This small cottage has everything we need and is close to everywhere we need to go while visiting. Thank you for your continued hospitality!

Stayed Apr 25, 2024We loved staying at this property! Fred, the host, is wonderful. He is very pleasant and communicative. The property is great for pets too. I will definitely rent again on our next trip up there.

Stayed May 5, 2023I was going to rent a hotel room and didn’t want to stay there so when I got a hold of the manager of this Vrbo property, they were able to move my check in date up to that very day and I didn’t have to stay at the hotel with my family. I was very happy for the accommodation and got really good sleep.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023We did loose power and the owner thought it was due to having to many heaters running however that was not the issue. It was resolved immediately. The pro’s is that this establishment is close to food trucks and local stores. It is very clean. The cons however are that the beds sit very low. To low. I had an older person with us that struggled a bit. Also, it says it sleeps six but you get charged per person after the first guest. The price per night is great but all the additional charges is not worth it for this place. I have stayed directly on the beach and paid less. However if money isn’t a factor and you don’t care your right off a Hwy and want to be in town this would be the place.
