Stayed Jan 9, 2026Our stay was wonderful in this beautiful and clean two bedroom house. The furnishings and appliances were brand new, the beds were very comfortable foam beds, we loved how bright and open the house is. There is good storage space for clothes, the master bathroom had space for storing our supplies and the walk in shower was great. There’s a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The back porch was a great retreat with some waterfront views and beautiful sunsets. This Sun Resorts neighborhood is safe with a 24 hour guard shack. The home sits back in the neighborhood and so it’s very quiet both day and night. The neighborhood has heated pools, pickleball courts, tennis, shuffleboard, etc. There are pickleball friends ready to play Mon- Sat mornings. There are lots of activities at the centers for different hobbies. They offered concerts on site. The sister property next door also offers a small library, fitness room, large outdoor hot tub and more pools. The neighborhood landscaping is beautiful. This house is about 2 1/2 miles to Fort Myers beach and you have the option of taking a trolly outside the complex. Sanibel Island is a short drive (10 min?) away. We took bikes and rode and walked around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend this home.
