Enjoy Florida Gulf-front living on the famous island of Siesta Key with its pristine white beaches. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom town-home, can be your retreat. The bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the second floor, while the living room and kitchen area are on the ground floor. The half bathroom, with toilet and vanity, is on the 1st floor. The Master bedroom, as well as the Living room with its enclosed sunroom, faces the Gulf of Mexico which is just approx. 60 ft. from your doorstep. It is similar to staying on a cruise ship, without the risk of seasickness. Look out the window and all you will see is the Gulf! Watch the waves, hear and smell the Gulf, watch the boats and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. Relax on the comfortable patio furniture or have a cookout on the BBQ.
The home and kitchen are fully equipped. You have 3 TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) with cable television at your disposal. Free High-speed internet and Wi-Fi keep you connected to your loved ones and the rest of the world. There is enough space to entertain a maximum of 6 people, while 4 people can stay overnight in 3 individual beds.
The Siesta Key Village, the place where it is all happening, is only 0.7 miles up the road just short enough for a nice evening stroll, but far enough not to hear anything. Shops, Restaurants, and Nightlife are at your doorstep.
A tenant must fill out an application, including a background check, for the local HOA approval. The fee for the application is a one-time fee of $100. This fee is non-refundable once the application process has started and the application has been submitted.

Our main issue was the cleanliness of the townhouse. There was a definite wet dog smell to the property that never fully went away even though we scrubbed everything. Fur balls would roll out from under the furniture whenever a breeze came through. We thought it was a no pet property but found out the owner has dogs. The furniture was very tired and old. The couch was so dirty and stained that we never sat on it or touched it. When we opened the bedroom closet it had rolls of dirty used carpet in it. My girlfriend refused to walk on the carpet without shoes or flip flops. The property manager was very kind and did his best but it seemed that the problems were out of his hands. We owned vacation rentals and took pride in providing the best experience possible for our renters. This owner clearly does not feel that way. Siesta Key is a fabulous place to visit. If this townhouse would have been clean it would have been a nice visit.
