Stayed Jan 28, 2026House did not have any heat for approximately 24 hours. Upon arriving, the indoor temperature was 64 degrees. It continued dropping throughout the night and was 59 degrees the next morning. Informed the host around 7:00 am. HVAC technician arrived around 11:15 am and left soon thereafter. Did not return until several hours later to fix the problem. House finally started getting warm after 7:00 pm. Host should have verified heat was functional before our arrival, especially with the ongoing freeze warnings that were occurring. In addition, front master bathroom had a strong musty/mildew smell, dead ants were near entry door inside, and home needs general maintenance to electrical plugs, water facuets, etc.

Stayed Jun 11, 2023Very nice, clean & spacious house in a nice neighborhood. The pool was great. We had everything we needed. We were close to disney and there were many stores and restaurants nearby. A very enjoyable stay!
