1st class waterfront & pet-friendly channel home, private pool, game room

This was the perfect layout for adults (2), and a big group of best friends (18 of them) graduating high school in a few months. They had their own space on the upper floors and we had the main bedroom near the kitchen. We had quiet mornings while they slept in, and the main room was great for big meals together. Super close to the beach access, too—in general it was a great location and clean, with great amenities. Highly recommend!

We found the house to not be anywhere worth the money we spent. It is not in the condition as advertised. Missing boards under window, the microwave door handle was missing, the light fixture going up the stairs and into the house was broken, fridge looked like it had been used as a punching bag, had broom, but no dust pan, headboard on one of the beds was broken and one of the bedrooms was missing a comforter. We were so disappointed, we decided to leave early. Reminded us of a frat house.

There were some parts of the house that seemed a little dated and some areas that were a little dirty, but overall this house was just what we needed. The pool table was an added bonus that was used nearly daily. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

The Cherry Delight house was just the right size for our extended family weekend gathering. We enjoyed the pool table, the deck with rocking chairs,and the living space. However, the floors were not clean. (Children running around barefooted had black feet.) One of the beds did not have clean sheets. Luckily, I found a clean set of sheets to replace them. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but we will find somewhere else to stay next time.

I have already emailed the property managers with my safety concerns at this property. The size and location of the property is perfect. It is well appointed inside and was fairly clean, though deferred maintenance inside is undesirable and outside safety is a problem. I recommended not renting this property again until they got the railings fixed.

cherry delight was perfect for our large family get together. There was plenty of room to be together and be alone. The pool was great for the kids and adults

Our family was together ,we always have fun but this was the dirtiest house we have ever rented, we paid for the linen pkg. And it wasn't delivered til 7:30. We had a window fallout in the middle of the night it took 2hrs for anyone to respond. Thomas Vacations promised a welcome pkg of essentials not provided. The railing on the deck was dangerous because of it being lose. Would never rent from these people again.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and seemed even bigger than anticipated.

Overall was happy with property although i need of some maintenance and could of been cleaned a bit better prior to is checking in

Family luvd but was hard for my parents/inlaws do to All the stairs ( NO Elevator Usage). The home, space, location and access was more than what we expected but exactlynwhat wrote was looking for. Be mindful there where a lot of stairs no access to the Elvator Already in process of planning our summer trip
