Stayed Aug 3, 2024We arrived and could not access apartment. It was difficult to get a hold of owner to find out what was going on. Basically the apartment was not available to rent but we were charged for it. Some kind of mistake with VRBO or Expedia or the owner or all three but whatever it was is unacceptable. By the time we heard from the owner with some kind of explanation it was after 9 pm on a Saturday. We could not find a hotel anywhere and had to sleep on the floor of someone’s apartment. I’m 60 years old. It was horrendous. Never again.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025The home was in a nice neighborhood and just a quick 10-minute Uber ride into the city, which made the location very convenient. The space was a bit cluttered and could use some extra attention to cleanliness. That said, we did enjoy the area.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024It wound up being a good stay overall, but there was unnecessary stress at the beginning due to the host leaving us the wrong key and being slow to respond when we first checked in. The apartment itself was adequate, though in need of a good deep cleaning, including dusty window sills, baseboards, etc.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023We decided to come to Cleveland for Rays Indoor Bike Park, Cuyahoga National Park and The Haunted House Restaurant. This location was a perfect distance from them all. The price was good and the location was within walking distance of other good restaurants.
