Stayed Jan 18, 2025Nice second floor unit with ample space, decent kitchen, good shower. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Close to beach (2 blocks) and restaurants so very well located.Lots of construction in Bucerias these days - it impacts you wherever you stay.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025Lisa has an amazing little oasis. Apartment has everything you need. Fabulous location. Walking distance to many great restaurants, stores and the fabulous beach. Lisa has everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers and boogie boards! Lisa lives on property and is quick to respond. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed May 8, 2019Tres Palmas has it all - location, wonderful owners, beautifully maintained, and situated in the prime neighbourhood location in the Golden Zone of Bucerias. Nearby everything, yet a peaceful and relaxing oasis. Such a special place to come home to after exploring this lovely town and nearby surrounds. Looking forward to future stay(s)!
