Stayed Oct 19, 2022We reserve the online booking about a month ago and received confirmation come to find out when we show up to check in that there was no reservation and allegedly the site was hacked and there was no room for us. Because it is during a peak time there was no other rooms in town we did find a crack hotel for one night but had to return home a very terrible celebration for a 10 year anniversary. Would not recommend booking this property unless you want to get screwed.

Stayed Jul 18, 2021We left for this trip and had traveled 7 hours and still hadn’t received check in access code. We called the host about an hour away from the resort to get this info. We were told to hold on and let her log in and get the info. It was taking forever and we kept getting muted during this conversation. We weren’t sure what was going on. Finally after 25-30 minutes we were told that she didn’t have any time left to rent this unit out, that her son must have put it on the internet for rent this week. When we arrived at the resort, we were still on the phone with the host, and the resort talked with her. They advised to have her refund us and they would give us a good discount for all the trouble we went through and all of the area being booked up for the whole week. We had to pay an extra $900 for the week because of this booking not being legit.

Stayed Feb 12, 2021Because I haven’t been to Gatlinburg in a while, I was a little reluctant deciding on places to stay. However, this place was perfect for our family vacation. First of all, we went President’s Day weekend, which was obviously a busy weekend for visitors. Gatlinburg was packed and the traffic was very heavy. However, this property is located in Westgate Resort, which allowed us tons of things to do onsite. They have an indoor waterpark, which we went to everyday. They have heated pools with fire pits, a restaurant, bar, etc... The villa was perfect for us, too! Full kitchen, bar seating, table, living room area, porch, and great bedroom with jacuzzi. Can’t say enough about the resort and condo/villa. It was great! Everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown (I think a little over a mile), but still had our own space. Also, Tiffany was great at communication and the concierge, Macy, was so friendly and informative. We will be back!
