This was our very first time at this property. I was very impressed with the location and the upkeep of our condo. I would definitely stay again. There was nothing we didn't like. Great communication as well.

Worked great for us, great location and easy beach access. Manager was very responsive and available.

We have stayed in this area several times and we love the pool and family friedly area found at these condos. This was our first time in this condo. The manager was extreamly helpful by far the best communication I have experienced. The condo was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and more. I would recomend this condo to anyone looking for a family friendly location. I also liked that this condo had a grill just a few steps from the front porch.

Very clean. Excellent location to visit Padre Island National Seashore, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi. It's a short walk to the beach where there are chair rentals and beach games available. My only disappointment was that there is no beach view from the condo. (But nowhere in the listing did it say there was; so that one is on me ?)

The property is in a great location with several pools and play areas for the kiddos. The condo was more beautiful than we imagined the pics online doesn’t do it justice my wife and I agreed we will always rent this exact place every visit to Padre. Oh and the ocean is basically in the back yard you can easily walk there in 5mins or just drive since it’s a drive on beach with restrooms as well.

Great place to stay. My kids loved the bunk bed and the closeness to the beach and pools is amazing. Renter was easy too get in contact with and great with communication.

My family had a wonderful stay at Village by the Beach. Our unit was beautiful, clean, and exactly as represented online. The unit was close to the beach and the pools within the complex were perfect for our 10 and 6 year old children. Wonderful stay, we will definitely return and request this specific unit. The owner was wonderful to work with and super friendly.

This is our second time staying in the same condo. This year was way more busy because of the kids being out of school due to the COVID stuff but it was still fun. Great location, walkable to the beach with great pools (cold this time of year though). Condo is really nice with everything you need to stay.

I don't EVER leave reviews, but feel compelled after such a wonderful stay. This place is perfect for families. The splashpad/pool combo is a short walk from the location (our 2 year old could walk). It also has a playground the kids enjoyed as well. The beach is also nearby. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. We were able to ride on the beach and also take the trails nearby this location at night to see hundreds of crabs. This unit provides so many of the needed beach supplies. The only thing you need to bring is beach towels. The unit also had plenty of space for sleeping and for kids to hangout. We loved our experience and can't wait to come back next year!

What a great place! I only wish I had booked more than 2 days. The fishing was great on Padre Island and near by Port Aransas. The Condo was perfect with a really great pool that my wife and the kids are still talking about and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Our host was wonderful and easy to contact. She gave us lots of good info. about activities in the area. We can't wait to come back.

Loved the place and pools, kids loved the bunk beds.. Very short drive around the corner to park on beach. Sand castle toys and boogie boards in the condo were so convenient to use. Would recommend this condo to all.
