Step outside and exhale. The oversized deck is surrounded by nature — grab a coffee, sink into one of the deep chairs, and listen to the birds. It's the kind of slow morning Nashville doesn't get enough credit for.



Dogs Welcome

We love a good travel pup! One dog up to 50 lbs is welcome. We just ask that they stay off the furniture, remain leashed outdoors, and are crated if left alone in the house. Full pet guidelines are in the house rules.

Good to Know



Exterior Ring cameras on property for safety

No smoking indoors; $500 fee if smoke is detected inside

No glitter or confetti with decorations please

The cleaning fee covers standard turnover — please leave the space reasonably tidy

Early check-in (from 8am) and late checkout (until 5pm) may be available for a small fee — just ask!

Guests staying 3+ weeks will incur an additional cleaning fee

Uber/Lyfts are readily available!
