Stayed Dec 20, 2024Nicely outfitted. Sunroom would be great in Summer. Bedrooms were much warmer than living areas but learned to compensate.Highly recommend

Stayed Dec 13, 2024Can't express the Kindness from Jaime the Host. Everything was as advertised, very close to one of the other gems in Statesville, Kinsleeshop Farm events/wedding venue. So, this house was appx 2 miles to venue, very convenient travel. House was, safe, beautiful, and convenient to anything a family needed. I will stay again when in Statesville NC. Thanks for helping in making our daughters wedding weekend flawless.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024If you have to stay in or around Statesville, look no further for your VRBO than this house. We came for a family wedding and decided to do a VRBO so we could bring our 2 small dogs. The neighborhood is an incredibly historic feeling neighborhood with a friendly vibe. The house is as described, but possibly better! Jaime spared nothing to make our stay enjoyable: from bottled waters and drinks in the refrigerator, to laundry detergent and soaps…coffee…you only need to bring your clothes! The master shower is awesome. The bedrooms are comfortable. Again, if you are coming near the area, this is the house you need. You are literally seconds from downtown area with amazing restaurants. Looking forward to another opportunity to visit this area soon! Ray

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from a charming downtown area. Although the yard isn't fully fenced in, it felt private and we enjoyed walking our puppy around the friendly, dog-friendly neighborhoods. The locals were incredibly kind and welcoming. The home itself is beautifully renovated, combining historical charm with modern amenities. We loved the high ceilings and the delightful sun room, which was a perfect spot to relax. The hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay & were available and pleasant to communicate with throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
