    The house was in great location. The beach was a short walk away, Coligny Plaza, restaurants and entertainment and stores close by. The house was perfect for the 11 of us. Bike riding is a must on HH, so much fun. Our family loved the golf courses that are available. We had a fun, very hot week.

    Overall, a wonderful stay, super cool air conditioning system which is always a concern when renting a home in the summer down south. We had twelve in the home and never felt cramped (two master bedroom suites with king size beds!). The location is perfect, close to beaches, grocery store, restaurants and the pool & jacuzzi were very relaxing. The new cool deck surface around the pool was great for the kids! We enjoyed morning coffee on the new patio decking off the home and it was also a perfect spot to watch the kids swim; very private and peaceful setting in the back yard! We booked the day before without issue. The property management company (The Vacation Company) was amazing and very responsive. For example, the recently refinished pool and jacuzzi were set at 106 degrees which was a programming problem on the new pool equipment. Within minutes there was someone at the home fixing the issue. In terms of constructive feedback: we arrived to discover trash left behind in the master bedroom waste basket and second floor stairway (innocent cleaning crew error). The pool was too hot to use the first two days due to the pool equipment malfunction. The cabinets in the kitchen have been refaced, but the kitchen itself is very dated along with all the bathrooms in the home. The carpet in the bedrooms appeared to be newer but rugs and tile/hardwood are a better combination for a beach house; it feels cleaner (remove carpet in the sink areas of the bathrooms). The living and dinning room floor area is Pergo which was clean and easy to clean up, but is warping in certain areas. The two transition strips from the living area to the kitchen need to be fixed and the floor vent in the kitchen needs replacing or be painted (rusted and grimy looking). In summary, the home was very clean, newer furniture, A/C was cool, and excellent PRIVATE back yard! The kitchen and bathrooms (appliances, countertops, floors, sinks) were not updated (stainless steel and granite/quartz) which was disappointing given the amount of money we paid. However, we reminded ourselves that we were not buying the place and enjoyed the many positives mentioned above. The owner has a great home with a ton of potential and we saw the improvements being made.

    This beautiful Southern mansion has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, fully supplied kitchen and the most beautiful porch overlooking the heated pool and hot tub. Bring a group of snowbirds; have family reunion or even a gorgeous wedding. We were here the end of January to mid February where we enjoyed upper 60 to mid 70 degree temps with abundant sunshine. Awesome location !! Just a short distance from the beach and famous Coligny Plaza. Nice walk or bike ride. I walk with an ambulator but managed the entry steps with just a little help and used the first floor king-sized master suite Truly loved sitting on that great front porch in a rocking chair overlooking the pool and beautiful landscaping.

    Our family gathered in this beautiful home early in August. It was clean, convenient and roomy enough for our extended family. We were surprised that our walk to the beach was so short. Any concerns were addressed immediately. My husband and I tiptoed out at 6:30 a.m. each morning for a walk to Coligney for coffee...and an occasional sweet. We would definitely stay here again!
