The house is outstanding, and the view from the bedrooms and the deck of the red rocks is astounding. We enjoyed everything about the home and it's location...which is quiet and peaceful. The hosts are awesome, highly responsive, and very helpful. Bravo!

The laundry room had plenty of soap and nice new washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with nice new appliances and tools.

We have rented in this part of town for years and driven by this property but never saw it. For being right on Jordan, we still consider it out of the way. The views are absolutely as billed; spectacular! This was a great place for a getaway for the two of us and was also a great place for a family gathering. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen was equipped for us to to cook when we took take a break from all the terrific restaurants in Sedona. Great walking distance to hiking, downtown attractions and restaurants. Rob was very communicative and responsive to our questions. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect views, amazing layout, great location, and will absolutely stay there again next time we are in town. The outdoor shower outside of the downstairs suite looking at the stars is a must.

This was the most outstanding home I have EVER stayed in! Every thing about the ad looked great & was exceeded. Three master suites were all extraordinary. Decks/hot tub and outside were magnificent due to the unsurpassed view.The decor and art were 5 star.We ended up changing all our travel plans to stay another night.There isn’t anything I could think of lacking here, and Sedona itself was magical.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it ! This home was PERFECT. Everything you could possibly need from thorough instructions to a kitchen with every possible appliance and utensil. Immaculately clean and beautiful in every way. This is the best VRBO we have ever visited.

Our 3-night stay was absolutely perfect. The property was even better than the pictures—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable visit. I especially loved the roof top deck where I setup my astrophotography telescope. The location was ideal, offering a great balance of tranquility while still being close to restaurants and shopping. The book of instructions was incredibly helpful during our stay and checkout. We can't wait to come back!

Great house for 3 couples. Enough privacy yet lots of space to gather together!Bathrooms fabulous for a couple. Everything was neat and clean.Deck was spacious and a great spot to view the night sky.Location was perfect, you can walk to some trailheads or walk downtown.

We visited Sedona during the first week of August and could not have picked a better rental or location. The house is exactly as described and consistent with all the other 5 star reviews. Clean, well furnished, beautiful views and located within walking distance of Uptown Sedona. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Sedona.

We loved this home and really enjoyed have three bedrooms with their own full bathrooms in each room. Beautiful views from any room in the house. We would stay here again.

This property was amazing! Every room had a great view and each bedroom was luxurious. Location was excellent: walking distance to a trailhead and close to restaurants and shops. Communication with property manager was great. We enjoyed our stay there and will be back! PS: The shower water pressure was amazing!!!

We could not have been happier in this beautiful home! Super clean, amazing views, comfortable beds, equipped with the same amenities as a 5-star hotel, and decorated with impressive local art (artist info included). Owners responsive and easy to communicate with. Cannot recommend highly enough and can’t wait to go back!

This magical home was the perfect place for our family and friends to gather, relax and fully appreciate the incredible beauty of Sedona. Our first week we enjoyed time with family who ate up the biking trails. With not one but three master suites it was perfect for our plans the second week when two couples joined us. We all loved just walking out the door and making our way to the hiking trails up the road about 3/4 mile. From the three master suites to the rooftop deck to the comfortable living area, and views from every window it’s hard not to go on and on about all the ways this home met or exceeded expectations. The water pressure and filtered drinking water was great. Many of the consumables, like coffee filters, spices, dishwasher and laundry detergents were conveniently supplied. It is indeed better than advertised. From beginning to end, Jerry, our host, and his staff were simply the best! Sure hope we find our way back one day soon.

The property was just as advertised, offered a fantastic location to Sedona. The home is very well maintained, will certainly stay here again.

This is the second time our group of six has rented this property. The three master bedrooms works great for our privacy while there is a lot of shared area to hang out in. We took advantage of the top deck to see seven planets align in the dark sky. I expect we will be back next year.

This home was a perfect stay for our vacation. It was super comfortable, very clean (and I'm picky), owner was very responsive. The only problem we had was the dishwasher was not working. We found the home to have all the conveniences that we needed, super close to down town to all the shopping. I'd definitely go back.

I previously stayed at this property with two friends and enjoyed it enough to return with my husband. The house is nested in an area with nice red rock views and has great amenities. Everything is well-kept and clean - with supplies for just about anything you can think of. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking! It is convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive and gave easy instructions for easy check in/out!

This property is perfect! It is so close to downtown, easy to get to, so comfortable, private and the views.....incredible! Each room has a comfy king and private bath and balcony with an incredible view. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening after long hikes and loved looking up at so many stars. The beds were comfy and the house is beautiful and well played out. We would definitely stay here again.

We met life-long friends in Sedona for hiking, relaxing, etc. The views from the house are stunning and we really enjoyed the hot tub, grill and the robes that were provided. Wonderful experience.

The house was as stated on listing… it was well stocked with everything you could need and very clean… beautiful home. The scenery out the bedrooms and living room windows were breath taking , and the owner was very responsive and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We arrived at our hillside villa rental on Friday, at the end of a strenuous week of touring Utah and Arizona. What a delightful place to unwind for a few days before headed back home. The best features of this property are the LOCATION and the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the red rocks from the deck. Home is actually better than described, with all the comforts of an upscale home and then some (high end plumbing and lighting features) We followed thru with the dining recommendations of our property manager and were not disappointed. close to grocery options . We enjoyed being so close to town to walk down for lunch, yet peacefully quiet at home. We did not use the fire pit or hot tub during our stay, but the ambiance was lovely, especially the outdoor showers. Would highly recommend.

Family of five adults enjoyed both the house and the location. Walked into town frequently, read in the swing chairs, savored coffee/wine outside with beautiful backdrop and relaxed in hot tub with a view after hiking.
