18 Wagon Road is a bright and spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, in the Sea Pines Community on Hilton Head Island. This home features a private pool, is a quick 6 minute walk to the beach, and is directly across from bike paths that can take you to the South Beach Marina and the Sea Pines Beach Club. This area is great for beaching it, shopping or going out to eat! Freshly painted newly renovated bathrooms and with a new front yard, this gorgeous home is privately nestled into the low country landscape of oaks and Spanish moss for your vacation enjoyment. 18 Wagon is centrally located in Sea Pines between South Beach and Harbour Town.

Upon entering the tiled entry you see an abundance of sunlight through a large skylight and many windows that shower natural light throughout the dining and living areas. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and provides comfortable seating with a warm light brown colored leather sofa, love seat, and comfy chair and ottoman. This room feels exactly like home with such a classic look and so much sunlight shining in. A 55 SMART TV is also there for your use and are great for everyone to sit down after a fun day in the pool and watch a movie together! A door gives you access to the back balcony which overlooks the pool and beautiful wooded area with huge oak trees. The balcony offers a table and 6 chairs and stairs down to the pool area where you'll find more chairs, tables and a gas grill. There’s tons of space for an outdoor cookout with the whole family and places for you to enjoy your meal with one another around the table alfresco! Beyond outdoor seating, in the adjoining dining room there is a hutch, wonderful for serving, and a dining table with seating for 8.

Through French doors is the newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast area and a family room all with hardwood floors. The breakfast table seats 4 and the breakfast bar has 4 stools. These are great spots to hang out while the chef cooks a meal for dinner or to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning as everyone begins waking up for the day! A sectional sofa and 2 over sized chairs with a sailboat print provide more seating for a 48 TV.

A laundry room is located off the kitchen. The master suite bedroom is located off the main living area and it features a king with blue and white bedding and tan wicker furniture. An armoire houses a 42 SMART TV and a long bench provides plenty of seating by a bay window. The attached master tiled bath has dual vanities, an oversized tub, and a separate shower. The other two guest rooms are located off the family room and both share a full hall bath with single vanity and shower/tub combo. One bedroom offers two queen wrought iron beds and two occasional chairs with coral and shell motif cushions. The second guest room has one king bed with an oak bureau.

The additional bonus rooms are located on ground level and provide ample space for children to have a perfect getaway to play games or watch a movie. With all tile flooring, this area offers a living area with 42 TV. One room has two twin beds and the other has a queen bed, each with colorful bedding and they share a full hall bath.

    What a lovely home! It suited my family of 8 just fine, with plenty of room to spare! The pool was lovely to gather round at the end of a beach day. We had plenty of towels and the starter products were great to welcome us. The two young couples and babies had no problem with the walk to the beach. I only had an issue as I need a hip replacement. Even so, I didn’t have much of a problem. The wagons were a huge help! One wagon needed to be replaced before we arrived though. I will definitely recommend this home to friends, and if going to HH, will check on its availability.

    We enjoyed our stay at 18 Wagon. The house had good separation of space for our family reunion, and everything we needed. We appreciated the beach towels and bikes provided by Beach Properties, and their communication and attention to our stay was superb. The house is a close walk to the beach and a nice location in Sea Pines. I’d stay here again for sure.

    Great location. Some problems operating the multiple TV's with no instructions available. Basement apartment is really not usable..
