18 Sandhill Crane is a beautiful, 2nd row Sea Pines vacation home. Situated on a quiet dead-end street this home has easy access to the beach as the ocean is just a short easy walk away (approximately two to three minutes). This way you won’t need to worry about lugging a day’s worth of beach accessories and snacks with you every time you head to the ocean! This home is the perfect family getaway and is ideal for a relaxing vacation.

The house has been constructed inversely with the 1st floor being comprised of a family room with a 50-inch SMART TV, three large bedrooms – 2 kings and 1 queen (with twin sleeper sofa) – each with private full bath and TV. There is also a laundry room with full size front loading washer and dryer and queen sleeper sofa.

The living room is a perfect place to unwind after a long day enjoying the sun to just hang out with the kids and put on a great movie to cap off the night! Each of the bedrooms is beautifully furnished with a central theme within each space!

Walk up 13 stairs to the 2nd floor that has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, 32 SMART TV and private bathroom. The other with a trundle/day bed (2 twins), 36 SMART TV and private full bath. One of the greatest parts of this home is the amount of space and the multigenerational accessibility with the variety of rooms and types of beds! There’s wonderful spaces for the kids as well as adults and all ages in between!

Six more stairs up leads you to the 3rd floor that offers a huge great room with a 60-inch SMART TV. There is also a large dining area that seats 12 and a terrific new kitchen with eating bar and all upgraded appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator and a Wolf oven and gas cooktop. With a dining area with so much space and such a beautiful kitchen, there is no way you will be able to resist cooking up some amazing meals for all to enjoy every morning, night, and afternoon.

This level also has the master bedroom with balcony, California king, 40 TV, and bathroom with tub and large multiple spigot shower. Additionally, there is a second laundry room on this level with full size front loading washer and dryer. There are two balconies with sitting areas off of the master bedroom and great room.

One of our favorite aspects of this home is how much natural light comes in from the large windows all over the house. With the vaulted ceilings, tasteful, coastal colored furnishings, and beautiful light, you will feel completely at ease as if you are truly at the beach just with the overall vibe of the home.

This home has every amenity. It is designer decorated and has all new high end furnishings. In addition to the two home theaters there are six other TVs – three 37-inch flat screen TVs and three 27-inch TVs. Additionally there is Wireless Internet and three hard wired ports for computer hook-up. There is also a queen sleeper sofa on the 1st floor and a single pullout bed in one of the 1st floor bedrooms.

The lot has been professionally landscaped and you will love the large pool and hot tub which can be heated at an additional cost. The pool area offers ample deck space with comfortable lounges and chairs and a Weber gas barbecue grill. There is also an outside gazebo with sitting area and dining table. The back deck may be the ultimate space in this home. From the myriad of seating choices, huge pool, and amazing deck and gazebo, there is no way you could stay away from the outdoors. From hanging out with the kids as they swim the day away, to eating a great home cooked barbecue and eating out on the deck, this magnificent home is ready for you to have the vacation of a lifetime!
