This fantastic house positioned directly opposite the beach at One Mile has combined lounge/dining rooms with split system air-conditioning, ceiling fans in bedrooms and polished timber flooring.

A modern kitchen with stone bench tops, gas stove, microwave & dishwasher makes cooking at home a breeze. Main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with queen. This home is also equipped with ensuite and 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Laundry has washing machine, outside shower & carport downstairs. This is a perfect holiday get away!

This property is strictly non-smoking. All linen is included, just bring your beach towels.

    View of the beach was beautiful however it did not justify how unclean the house was! Mould throughout the house including on and in the air conditioner , stains on beds and mattress protectors, floors not vacuumed or mopped/had long hair all throughout, furniture is rusty, surfaces were dusty, urine under toilet seat. Called the property twice throughout the stay and no one ever followed up and no one was sent out to clean, also called on checkout and was told would get a phone call but all we received was an email saying they were ‘sorry’ that it wasn’t clean and they would let the cleaners know. Definitely not good enough and definitely not worth the price! Wouldn’t recommend!

    The place was everything we wanted in our beach getaway, small, well-kitted out, and in a stunning location. Perfect to walk across the road and swim or enjoy a coffee and breaky on the balcony to the sound of the waves and the feel of the gentle sea breeze.

    The Property was great, just perfect for us. Great Location and very comfortable. Not sure however why I was required to take pictures of my Driver's License and Credit Card and send to the Agent as part of their check-in procedure. In this day and age, when you should be protecting this Information, I'm not that happy in sending it off to every Tom, Dick and Harry. The Property however was a star and would stay again.

    Nice and cosy beach house, with the perfect beach just steps in front. Constant soothing sea breeze and we were lucky enough to see the dolphins from the front porch on our last day. Not the most modern decor setting but reasonably neat and tidy, with good shower facilities.

    The perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday, the house is just opposite One Mile Beach and has spectacular views (as well as the relaxing sounds of the ocean). It is only a short drive to Forster town centre and other amazing beaches (Boomerang, Blueys) so is ideal for exploring nearby areas. The house itself was as described - clean, spacious and quiet. In short it was the perfect beach getaway. Can’t wait to return!

    The house itself has been renovated and is very nice. We appreciated having the louvre windows to take advantage of the sea breeze every night. The view of the beach was stunning and we spent most of our time on the front verandah overlooking the stretch of sand and surf. We would definitely stay again.
