    Beautiful home near South Beach. Loved the open floor plan and comfortable chairs for reading. Master Bedroom bed was great but queen bed was too hard for our daughter. Also the heat on the Main Master side was too hot so I would suggest trying to balance the air flow a little better to the rooms. Other than those small issues it was a fantastic property and we would definitely rent it again

    This home was a great entertaining space. It was very open and comfortable. Guest rooms with king beds and ensuite baths were spacious and comfortable. Our 7 year old granddaughter loved her double set of bunk beds and slept in all four beds! This home had the most well equipped kitchen of any rental we have visited. The only thing missing was a set of potholders which we never seemed to remember until we were cooking! Would definitely consider staying at this property again. The Vacation Company was great to work with as well!

    A wonderful home in a great area of Sea Pines. A short walk to the beach and I loved that a wagon was provided. We loved using the bikes as well. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were large. We ate at the house except for one meal and the kitchen was well appointed. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn’t get the dishes clean even with pre-rinsing. A small issue that shouldn’t deter anyone but more of a note for the owner. We can’t wait to stay in this home again.

    This is our second year staying at this house and everything about it is perfect. The location is a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to South Beach. The setting is so peaceful that overlooks the marsh with numerous tall trees in the backyard. We saw several deer back there almost every night. Huge back deck overlooking everything. The place is very spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

    We had a lovely stay at this home. It was in a good location. It is close to the beach, easy to walk or bike. Nice rides to Harbour Town and south beach. We loved the seclusion of the pool in the back of the home. It backs up to a marsh area so you are not looking into the back of other homes. We watched wildlife every morning form the kitchen/back porch. The home is nicely updated and comfortable to house multiple families while also giving everyone their personal space. Would absolutely stay in this home again!

    We had two families stay together here, and it was perfect. Plenty of room to have time apart but also great open living rooms to be together. The pool and patio are great. We would definitely stay here again.

    We have stayed in Hilton Head as a family several times using VRBO and again they did not disappoint. Quiet and spacious home close to all things Hilton Head and bike or walking trails to all things Sea Pines.

    This was our first family's vacation to HHI. We were very impressed with the island and this house. It was perfect for my wife, my 2 children and spouses and my 4 grandchildren. It was clean and up to date with most everything we needed. We plan to return in 2025. Thanks, Jim
