17- Home w/ Rooftop - The Music City Collection

We stayed in the rental for four nights while we visited Nashville for the Coldplay concert! The house was beautiful and I loved the decor! The location is great too. Just a short ride to Broadway, the Gulch, etc. We would stay again. Highly recommend!

Communication was excellent, easy to access, very clean, comfy beds.

Very clean and comfortable three story townhome. If we had a problem they got right back to us and fixed problem. Loved the outdoor space on third floor. We were a little early and they were very accommodating to get us in the property sooner thsn check-in time.

Great house in a convenient location. Loved having 4 separate bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for us and extended family. Having a garage - especially when it was rainy - was a nice bonus!Beds were comfy, just wish the bedrooms had curtains. It’s bright in the mornings- bring a night mask!We had one issue where if we used both the coffee pot and toaster plugged into the plug by refrigerator- it would pop the fuse. Couldn’t find a GFI plug in kitchen. Instead we would have to reset it in the fuse box. Communicated with management team but it took a number of hours to get a response. We finally found the fuse box behind the laundry door. Overall a good place to stay. We enjoyed the balcony on the 2nd floor. Despite house being near an interstate - it was still quiet.

We had a great time. Your place is lovely and close to Nashville without all the hustle of traffic

Lots of room, very nice and quick drive or uber trip to Broadway. The house does have a lot of stairs - just fyi if you can’t climb stairs.

Property was 10 mins from downtown. Nights were quiet. Rooms are very nice size. was perfect for what we needed and would definitely book this property again. Out rental was a 7 passenger GMC Yukon and it fit in garage. amazing house

6 adults stayed here. Everyone really enjoyed the house. Clean and well maintained. Be ready for stair climbers. There was nothing negative to say.

This place was not far from broadway and stores we loved this place clean new and most importantly the owners so fast responsive. And even extended our check out for small feee since our flight was later in evening Must stay again for sure

This home is beautiful and comfortable. We had a great time relaxing on the deck upstairs.

Clean and looked like the pictures. A bonus for booking things site unseen. Wish it would have had a few more things to use for cooking at home, but all in all we liked the place a lot. Would consider it again when in town.

Excellent location and the house was very nice. Some areas could use some additional cleaning but could be difficult due to the height of the great room. Nice bedrooms and showers. The upstairs living area was nice and had a mini fridge to keep beverages close in the 3rd floor. Could not locate or figure out how to use the fire pit but since it was warm we didn’t really need it. The furniture could be more comfortable. Everything that was needed was already there and there is grocery nearby. Quick Uber trip into Broadway. Recommended.

We stayed for the full week. The property was perfect for hosting family and friends. The property manager was very responsive to any questions or issues. The location is convenient to downtown, the Gulch and the airport. There is really no local area within walking distance but driving was very easy and Uber was also easy.

I’ve been to Nashville many times and this has been my and my friends least favorite experience. Cleanliness: this was our biggest concern. There was literally what seemed to be vomit residual on the walls in the upstairs hallway (gross) and not one but 2 of my friends found dried blood on the sheets and we ended up having to wash them before we could go to sleep. The dishes were gross and unusable without a second wash.There was used floss on the bathroom floor. It was like no one actually took care when they cleaned it. Another concern is the way they go about checking in. Check in is at 4 pm which i think is crazy. But when i asked if early check in was possible, instead of allowing us to come in early they charge $100 on top of there already pricey sum based on meh location alone even though they didn’t have anyone staying there the night before and could easily have let us come a little early to make our stay better at no cost like many hotels do. I would avoid this property and look closer to Broadway if you’re.weighing cost vs savings. Just spend the extra money to be closer. Maybe you’ll actually end up in a rental that’s been properly cleaned and vetted.

The house was great. Very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the patio on the roof.

My family of six stayed her very comfortably. We loved all the king bedrooms. Plenty of seating for all in the living room and kitchen. Watch the age and mobility of folks, I had a couple of older, heavier women and managing the stairs to get to bedrooms was not easy for them, as were the modern low platform beds. (didn't realize that would be an issue as we came in from different states) However the mattresses were very comfortable. We loved having the parking garage and app control. We minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend, especially if young or middle aged group.Over 65, all the seating and beds were low making it difficult for them.

We were in town for our daughters bachelorette and future son in laws bachelor parties. We had 9 adults. The house was just what we needed. 4 bedrooms and a pull out in the loft area worked perfectly. Us older folks were happy to relax and recuperate on the 3rd floor balcony after all the festivities in town. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Communication with Laura was top notch. She was able to accommodate early check in since we arrived early morning and late check out since our flight was later in the evening. We would stay here in a heartbeat again
