17 Egret: 5th Row Ocean! Short walk to beach 6 BR Home, Private Pool, Bikes

You can't beat this house. The location is amazing and the house is huge. One small issue with the AC in the master bedroom, but it was fixed promptly. We hope to return and stay at this house because it has everything you need. The house has huge porches that wrap around on the 2nd and 3rd floor. A 1 block walk to the beach. A stocked kitchen and great island stovetop. Everything you could need for the beach is right there in the garage. It also has a small pool to hang in when you are tired from the beach. Great house!

Everything about this property was perfect. The air conditioner had an issue but they were quick to come out and resolve. 10 out of 10

Lots of games available in cabinet, 2 dens to spread out in. Clean and nicely furnished. We treasure our time on HHI and this house is close enough to Coligny to walk even with little ones. The expansive double porches are wonderful. However, the ice maker isn't working properly (rentalcompanybroughta table top ice maker which saved us $ on bags of ice) and door from garage to house defaulted to code. Inside knob to disengage is broken. Also the lock on exit door in garage is not working.

Coligny Plaza is a couple of mins away- The house is very large, plenty of room for a large family group to relax, eat together etc- Interior was very clean- Kitchen was very well appointed with lots of crockery, pans, appliances etc. Con's:- The pool cleaner came while we were there and shock dosed the pool with chlorine. We were there but they didn't mention anything. Our little ones bathing suits changed color afterwards as we were unaware and they complained of sore eyes. Could have communicated better- The outside was not kept clean to the same standard as inside...pool furniture etc. could have been cleaner/wiped down- The house has 6 bedrooms for large groups...but only 4 beach chairs provided...should be more available to accommodate the group

The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes from the garage to an open spot on the sand. The house was stocked with many beach items (umbrella, small bucket cart on wheels, toys, boogie boards), and the kitchen had so much as well. We were all very pleased with our stay!

There are also beach chairs, toys and a beach umbrella that are an added touch.
