161 Flyway Drive by Akers Ellis Rentals

This home is a gem inside Kiawah Island. Very convenient to the beach with Boardwalk 39 just across the street. The house is well cared for and has all the things you need for a great vacation. We loved the pool and hot tub, the very spacious layout, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, spices, etc and there are beach toys and carts in the garage. Our multi generational family from 8 to 80 all had such a great time. Thank you!!

Exceeded our expectations. It was larger and nicer than expected, and we expected a nice house.

Very nice home! We certainly appreciated the fact that is was well located and spacious. The home was also well equipped with needed sundries. Would highly recommend.

There is plenty of room, the beds are comfortable, the linens are beautiful, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the pool is just the right size, the beach access is just across the street, plus there are bikes to explore the island with. Top of the line names on everything in this house. Rental process was super smooth. We would recommend Kiawah Island and this house to anyone! Beautiful place!!

This time the family trip included our adult children’s significant others. The home we rented through Akers Ellis was a perfect fit for our group of 8. The home was spectacular, beautifully decorated with 5 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and a pool. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach so those that preferred the beach to the pool were delighted. Akers Ellis were extremely responsive to any questions we had concerning the house. On our first day we had a small problem with the home’s elevator (!!!) and within 20 minutes an Akers Ellis representative was at our door to fix the problem. We also had paid extra to heat our pool but decided on the trip down to cancel the pool heat because it had been so hot outside. When we called from the car the Akers Ellis representative canceled the pool heat and within minutes had credited our credit card for the correct amount. Overall it was a great return trip to Kiawah, we will be back, and we will certainly contact Akers Ellis to rent our next home.

Kitchen had everything including spices which we left more because we bought ones we didn’t need ! The whole house is beautiful and only problem was spa that got fixed last day ! This is a beautiful home ! 5couples in sixties with plenty of space and privacy !! We also wish sight would of let us know they have beach chairs and 4bikes because we rented chairs and bikes !
