Welcome to 16 Sunsets, a stunning beachfront retreat in the exclusive Shipwatch gated community. This luxurious three-story home blends upscale comfort with effortless beachside living, offering breathtaking Gulf views, private beach access, and a heated pool* with a courtyard perfect for lounging or entertaining. With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 16 guests, this home is ideal for family vacations, friend gatherings, or work retreats. Each floor is thoughtfully designed, from the first floor king suite and poolside wet bar to the second floor chef's kitchen and open living space with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The third floor provides ample sleeping space with a queen-over-queen bunk room and additional king and queen suites, many with private patios and en-suite bathrooms.

The outdoor experience is just as exceptional, featuring a private heated pool, grassy play area, optional 6-seater golf cart, and complimentary beach service with umbrellas and chairs (seasonal). The third floor offers spacious comfort for up to 12 guests. The Bunk Room features two queen/queen bunks, sleeping 8, with an en-suite bathroom and tub/shower combo. Two King Bedrooms, each with patio access and beach views, offer en-suite bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo. A Double Queen Bedroom with neighborhood views also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For added convenience, the laundry room with washer and dryer completes the floor. This level offers the perfect space for large groups to relax and enjoy the beach.

Destin Dreamers is your go-to choice for luxury vacation rentals in Destin, Miramar Beach, and 30A. Our motto, “Celebrating life, dreaming fully awake,” reflects our true way of life. For us, every day is a gift from God, and we cherish the time spent with friends and family. While it may seem simple, living fully awake and embracing each moment is something we consciously strive for. After thriving as a custom home builder in Colorado for 15 years, Chris Harper and his family moved to the stunning Emerald Coast. It was here that Destin Dreamers was born. Our vision is clear: to offer guests the chance to celebrate life, dreaming fully awake.

Our dedicated team is available on-site daily or reachable via call or text from 8 AM to 5 PM, six days a week, with support for emergencies on Sundays and after hours.
