clean, cozy and comfortable stay

This beautiful condo served our needs perfectly. It was clean, modern, and had great proximity to everything we wanted to do on our trip. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who can navigate stairs (I only add this information as I’m conscientious about those traveling with people having mobility issues… our group had NO mobility issues).

This Vrbo property was exceptional. The space was spotless and inviting, with a fantastic layout that made the stay truly comfortable. Amenities like the reliable Wi-Fi and well-equipped kitchen were perfect for our needs. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, ensuring a seamless experience. No improvements needed—this is a great choice for any traveler. Highly recommend!

Perfect location but a lot of stairs

Overall, this worked great for Thanksgiving for us. Wish it was a tad warmer to enjoy patio deck more.

Home was very clean. Plenty of places for people to sit and relax. Beds were comfortable. Only reported issue was low water pressure in third floor shower on one day. We’d definitely come back

The house was great for 8 people. Beds were comfortable- 4 king beds a living room/bar/TV area off the patio was nice to have. The neighborhood had some hidden gem restaurants without having to go far. We felt safe and had no city noise. Quick Uber rides to 12 South, downtown and the Gulch - check in was super easy. 5 star stay.

The home is as pictured. The bedrooms are large and each has a king bed. The beds are squishy memory foam. We contacted the owner for an early check in and they were able to accommodate - we just had to wait until about 24-48 hours before check in to find out because cleaning company had to be on board. We contacted the owner for hangers and they were delivered that night. The towels suck - cheapest dorm room towels from target. I suggested better linens in such a nice home but owner said they need to be replaced too often and it wasn’t worth it economically. They’re awful - bring your own - the one downfall for the property.

Had a fabulous time. The location of was perfect and the house was beautiful and met all our needs. We would def stay again.

Lovely property that worked out well with 4 couples! Beds were very comfortable with plenty of space to relax & hang out in our downtime. Bathrooms were nice. The only things that would have been nice were more coffee cups, towels & Kleenex. There were 4 coffee cups for a house that sleeps 8, no dish cloths in the kitchen (we found 1 extra to use in the linen closet) and 1 box of Kleenex for a 3 story home with 3.5 bathrooms. Host was fairly quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

Rented this home for touring Nashville with my brother and sister in law. We enjoyed going to Broadway and listening to the various bands. I will rent this location again in the future.

This is a well maintained property in a great location.

Great Place to Stay for a group of 8 people!

The property was very nice for our stay! It is easy to get to and close to many local attractions. The space was very comfortable and would recommend!
