1589MVD: Resort style townhome with private pool!

The inside of the home was beautiful. The cabinet door to the trash was broke. All the pool chairs were either broke or rusted, the storage for pool supplies had rat poop and smelled of urine. The pool was really small but for the most part we had fun.

Unfortunately upon arrival the sheets were not clean in several of the beds upon arrival. Especially the children’s bunk beds so we need to go buy detergents to wash everything before they could sleep in the rooms which was unfortunate when arriving in the middle of the night. A lot of the furniture was broken including the outdoor bench, chair, living room table. Our showers broke and would not turn off so we needed to have maintenance come to repair them along with having them fix the table, change light bulbs that were out, etc. The Wi-Fi listed is not correct and you need to check the box at the rental for the correct information. The pool at the rental was nice but the larger community pool and child pool area are not heated and pretty cold so we did not utilize those, the lazy river is heated and enjoyable though. Our grill we ordered was not correct and I never head back from the management team after calling and sending emails. Unfortunately we were not happy with the overall rental experience of this location.

Property exactly as advertised. Was a little concerned reading some reviews prior but house and location was amazing. Beautiful house with great bedrooms for entire family. Great neighborhood and pool was great for kids. Would definitely go back.

Hello good afternoon, first our home was NOT properly cleaned. The kitchen floor was not swept as there was still noodles and cereal crumbs under the cabinets, there was a massive any trail leading from the back door to the kitchen, we had to go and purchase home defense to rid them. The sheets on the downstairs bedroom was NOT cleaned. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep on them. The pots that we needed to cook with were RUSTED and disgusting. The first morning I decided to cook lunch for my family. Well that was mistake because not only was the grill FLITHY dirty and stinking with old oil all over it, the freaking striker was completely broken so I had to light the grill with a lighter not to mention the propane tank was empty. We had to go and purchase a new tank just so I can feed my family. I know that things happen and we cannot control certain things but this is very controllable. I contacted Daniel on the very first day and have NOT received any type of communication during my trip. I have stayed at many resorts, and vacation homes and have NEVER been more upset. I’m not a complainer, but this was not a good vacation for me especially since this was our FIRST family trip ALL year. Don’t get me wrong the home was beautiful, neighborhood was pretty well maintained but I really expected a lot more especially when you pay a good amount for four nights. I am a retired veteran of the United States Army and just wanted to enjoy this great nation with my family after all these years of service and I could not fully accomplish that task. I am asking that someone please contact me back in regards to this matter as there needs to be some resolution. I also have pictures with dates and times to be viewed for validation. I would tell future vacationers to verify with the owner/s that the house is properly cleaned. With Covid going on these issues should definitely not be an issue. You need to check your cleaners or whomever maintains the home. Thank you for your time

No Wifi The grill was so messy Trash inside the bench

The property was beautiful and the POOL was a big hit for the kiddies. Upon arrival there was a bit of trash in the front. But overall we enjoyed our stay!!

It was very nice. I would stay there again for sure.

Plenty of space, lots of cookware available, nice decor. Do not attempt to check in at 4:00 as we waited over an hour to get through gate. After initial check in you use owner side to enter gate which is much faster. House pool could have been cleaner.

We requested late check out which was a special offer, never had it confirmed. Emailed several times with no response. Check in at guard gate had a line out the community and took about 30 minutes. Pulled up to house, trash in yard. Trash in receptacle not picked up. In house, layers of dirt on ceiling fan, dirty air vents, mildew smell in bathroom and no running water in kitchen sink! Called and emailed about this with no response. Had one message left from company wanting me to take pictures of garbage left. Sheets had stain. Couch stained/dirty. Throw pillows dirty/torn. Some towels smelled musty. Stayed in a different part of Champions Gate last year and house was great. Disappointing is an understatement.
