Stayed Feb 9, 2022The location and layout of the property is fine. We have stayed in Championsgate for five years and never experienced a property like this. This property is due for a renovation. The cleanliness was not up to standard. There were dirt and black marks on the floorboards as well as dirt piled up in the doorway corners. The nightstands in the bedroom has the finished coming off the tops. The curtain didn't fully cover the window in the bedroom. No lamps were in one bedroom and another bedroom has mismatched lamps. There was a hole in the drywall where a door hit the wall as there were no door stops on any of the doors. The rug and couch in the living room needed cleaned . The outdoor table (which really wasn't meant for the outdoors) had the finished coming off and was very unappetizing to sit at let alone eat on. The chairs were also too low for the table. The property was to sleep 8 and there weren't 8 pool towels or 8 towels for house use. Ceiling fans would be a big help, also. It just needs to be taken off the rental market and do a thorough renovation, painting, and very deep cleaning. In regard to Championsgate Oasis Club, there were never enough chairs for the pool area and the heaters for both pools were broken for the two weeks I was there.
