Stayed Apr 18, 2025I generously give it a 3 star. The house itself was very spacious, loved the pool & hot tub (they were clean). Good community that it was in. The management company was very responsive & helpful. However quality of items provided was much les than other rental companies in the community. Great house layout. However the cleanliness & standard of basic items in the home were much less & poorer quality than anywhere else we have stayed. The floors were dirty & they could not provide a sufficient broom & dust pan to sweep the floor. There was no vacuum to use either. Many of the beds did not have mattress pad covers & a few didn’t have fitted sheets. Some of the beds were heavily soiled & flat sheets would easily move. The towels (bath & pool) provided by rental company were extremely thin. I’d highly recommend bringing your own. Only provide bar soap, shampoo & hair dryer so bring all bathroom amenities. As for kitchen amenities very basic. It says they provide kid friendly table wear, not true. There were 2 plastic cups. Bring all kitchen supplies including salt & pepper shakers. Dish washer soap dispenser doesn’t is broken. Hope this helps prepare you.
