Layout:
3 level home. 2nd level entry has living room with TV and wood stove, dining room, kitchen, sliding door to deck and beach. Bedroom with queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1/2 bath. Upstairs crow's nest loft room (with amazing views!) has king bed and full bath with shower (no door in stairway but still feels very private upstairs). Downstairs has full bath with shower, cozy den with big-screen TV and bedroom with king bed. Garage available.

Neighborhood:
Sunset Avenue is a quiet street located between the Nestucca River and the Ocean that stretches south from the middle of Pacific City on the beach, and leads directly into Bob Straub State Park. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the oceanfront homes. Also off of Sunset Avenue you will find what is commonly known as The Boat Landing, which along with a boat ramp is one of the best fishing holes in the area. Certain times of the year, you will find fisherman catching huge spring and fall Chinook Salmon.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

    The home was clean and well stocked, especially in the kitchen. The view of Haystock Rock and the ocean waves was perfect. There were plenty of towels, utensils, etc. and each room had its own heater, which helps when there are several guests staying at the same time. We will return!

    Beautiful property and the home was perfect for us. The only issue we had was the access to the beach. There is a very tall and very steep sandy dune you must climb down to get from the yard to the water. Anyone with small children or mobility concerns will not be able to climb back up the slope and may fall going down.

    A very nice house! We could tell that it had just been updated. A little too many stairs for us Senior Citizens, but ok, good for us clogging up and down the stairs. (We scored real high on our step counter! The best part is the lovely view of the Rock and ocean from the windows and deck. Can't beat it!

    This property has incredible sunset views! As listed and shown, this home is a walk to Cape Kiwanda Dune or town and an adventure to the tip of the State Park. We highly recommend.

    Everything met expectations, or more. House was immaculate and in great condition. In addition to being directly on the beach, it was 10-15 minutes walking to a few local shops, market, and eating establishments. Highly recommended.

    We really enjoyed this property. It was in a nice, small, and cozy community right on the beach. The house we well taken care of and had some spices and cooking supplies stocked (which is nice to not have to buy every time you travel). Out side was very relaxing. The only thing that is a little hard to see from the listing is that the beach is not easily accessible from the house, there's a big sand drop off to get to the beach, and you have to walk about a 1/2 mile to get to a place where you can climb up. Otherwise, fantastic property!

    Great stay. Views were perfect. Showers are very small, be prepared. Pots and pans are old, I did suggest they upgrade. Heat is set at 50 once you arrive. Crank each room up to 65 and it will warm up quick. Fireplace was very helpful when we arrived.
