Seminole Heights is known for its quaint 20th-century homes with popular tourist attractions. There are many bohemian bars, eateries, and vintage shops, along with galleries, and regular live music.

Ubers and Lyfts are easily accessible.

-- No more than 3 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street. No parking in the grass.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home.

Pros: The property was a good location for us to visit family. The beds were good, the living room couch nice for watching movies for all of us. It was too cold to swim in the pool but it looked nicely taken care of. Bathrooms were newer and clean. Cons:Carpet in the bedrooms are stained and dirty looking. Interior doors, walls, baseboards and trim are dirty. Shower in the master bedroom had very weak pressure. Both toilets were running after every flush. Dryer is really loud. It worked but something is wrong with it. Back porch dingy and dirty with chipped concrete around the pool. We only stayed two nights so we handled it but would not rent this unit again. Someone needs to come in and clean it up. The owners just put a bunch of lipstick on the place but not much attention to detail.

First and foremost-the neighborhood was not what we expected. The home was very clean. Both bathrooms had toilets that didn’t function properly, the toilets wouldn’t fill to flush and water pressure in the showers extremely low. The kitchen had absolutely no towels for dishes, pot holders etc. And only one extra blanket throughout the house. We enjoyed our stay due to the people we were with. Also close proximity to the hockey arena as we were there primarily for a hockey game.

Location was perfect. House was clean and very spacious. Pool and flot top grill was a bonus!
