Stayed Jul 22, 2024This sprawling house was perfect for our family of 7 (me and my spouse, our 3 kids ranging from elementary to college age, and my in laws). Plenty of space for everyone, kitchen / bedrooms / common areas well appointed and spacious, we loved that we could walk one block to the beach and Coligny shops, and LOVED being able to just jump in the pool or sit on the balcony. We also appreciated the bikes and beach wagons being included. We had one issue where the cleaning crew had missed a spot but it was very quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023The house is absolutely perfect for extended families. There is a very nice bedroom on the main floor with it's own bathroom containing both a tub and shower. There are five more bedrooms on the second floor, all of which are nicely spread apart because the home is very large and well designed. The downstairs has a nice kitchen with a center island. The living room is large, containing three couches, capable of seating eight adults. The home is in a great location, a short walk down a very private one way street to one of the largest and most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, perfect for walks, bikes, and other fun activities. I try to be very honest in my reviews, so I feel the need to point out two negatives. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos provided. It is about 10 feet wide and 25 feet long, and the pool heat goes off when the hot tub is heated and vice versa. This means you must wait at least one half hour every time you want to use the hot tub, even though you are paying almost $300 to heat it. These are small issues and overall the property is wonderful. We would definitely consider renting it again.

Stayed Aug 14, 2022Our family enjoyed this spacious home which was beautifully appointed. The beach was 3 minutes away and had nice white sand. The pool was refreshing and had a large surrounding deck with outdoor eating space. The propane grill was super clean and eating poolside was fun. There was enough space for our family to spread out and relax. The kids had their own rooms and all adults had ensuites which was a luxurious touch. There was a shopping center one block away with a convenient grocery store and fun boutiques. This was a vacation full of wonderful memories!
