Dear Franka,I am writing this revil to share my experience during my recent stay at your lovely property. Initially, my trip was planned from January 21 to January 26; however, due to the severe weather conditions in New York, I needed to extend my stay by an additional day. I truly appreciate how quickly you reached out and offered the extra days at a great price. Your kindness in not taking advantage of my situation during the snowstorm up north is something I am forever grateful for.Throughout my stay, your responsiveness and attentiveness were outstanding. When I encountered an issue with the pool, you immediately arranged for pool service, and the problem was resolved the very same day. The pool quickly became my favorite spot during both the days and evenings.The game room was another highlight of my visit. With options like the bowling game, classic junk box, Ms. Pac-Man, and more than 20 other games, as well as the floating hockey game, my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, in particular, was impressively large and comfortable.I would also like to reiterate that the gated community is beautiful and made me feel very safe throughout my stay. I took full advantage of the gym facilities at the clubhouse, which had everything I needed to maintain my daily fitness routine.Franka, thank you once again for offering your wonderful home for many family

Overall it was a great stay. You can always find minor details if you look carefully but none that would make your stay unpleasant.Will come back if time and work permit.

We had an amazing week. Franka was great to communicate with and the house was a perfect size for our family and dogs. We’ll definitely be back!The community pool and center was close by and very nice!

The house and pictures of it were accurate and why we selected the location. There are rules for everything. For that reason we chose not to utilize anything in the house except kitchen bathrooms and beds. While we understand it’s someone else’s property we wanted to respect their wishes and not mess up anything. With the constant reminder that our deposit would be taken and paranoid we would do something wrong, we recleaned the entire house (as we usually do), wiped everything down, swept and stripped the beds leaving it in even better condition than at check in before we left. We really hope it was enough. Just the week prior since there was not a mention of extra fees past our booking expense, we were charged almost 450 more for dog fees and a credit card charge of some kind which I still don’t understand. If we could have paid that well in advance, we’d have changed our booking to another property without penalty. We paid it not having another location to stay so close to check in. Because of this was overpriced. They asked for our drivers license to be sent through regular unsecured email or text and no option to send securely. The house was fine, neighborhood safe, host responsive but not really as close to anything due to generally Orlando traffic issues. It took more than 30 minutes to get anywhere. We’ve stayed at many other houses in the area and this property was also fine, communication pleasant but wouldn’t return due to prices and hassles.

The property was clean, as advertised, and Mrs. Franca was very helpful. The reason I only gave it three stars though is it the beds we’re in a word terrible. I had brought a foam topper just in case and had I not had it I would not have been able to have stayed. I’m 62. My husband is 60 my niece and her fiancé are in their mid 20s and they had trouble as well. If a 25-year-old can’t sleep comfortably then I don’t feel bad that I also had trouble. Otherwise a lovely property. Those with any sort of back issues need to be pre-warned.
