Stayed Oct 16, 2025The house was clean, and had plenty of linens to accommodate our group for three nights. The backyard was perfect for my pooch which was really nice. Communication was excellent when my parents locked themselves out of the house. Great host and property!

Stayed Aug 28, 2025The home was immaculately clean! For anyone looking for for three bedroom with a backyard to stay especially those going to the Kentucky Horse Park this location is the best. I was also able to pull in a goose neck trailer with relative ease into the driveway.Night checks on horses only 5 min max with a great proximity to stores, restaurants, etc. 100% stay here again.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Home was clean and very close to horse park. Owner was very responsive. Noise level is extremely load with traffic all night and I have never stayed at a Vrbo were they did not provide any toilet paper or paper towels even when requested

Stayed Mar 26, 2025This rental house is our favorite place to stay while visiting Lexington/Georgetown area. It has a fully fenced yard so we love to bring our dog with us but there are some loose sections of the fence so make sure you keep an eye on your pets while they're in the backyard. It is very close to Red State BBQ and the Kentucky Horse Park. Close proximity to coffee shops, doggie daycare, shopping, etc.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024The house was as described, beds were comfy, but some a bit loud when moving around. House had plenty of room for us and four other friends. It was great to have the laundry on site as we had to deal with lots of rain from hurricane Helene. Just remember to bring toilet paper and paper towels with you since those are not provided. Great convient location, looking fwd to visiting again next year!

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Everything was fine. There was definitely a lack of Toilet paper. That's really the only thing. I like when the houses are stocked with toilet paper, kitchen rolls and Kleenex. The location was great, the yard was fenced.
