Beautiful home and the host was very responsive for questions we had during the stay.

Great house! We were a group of 15 (three families), and the house was perfect for us. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and it was a quick walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping were an easy drive away. The host was very responsive, and check-in was simple. We would definitely stay again.

Spent the week of Thanksgiving with large family (14 adults, teen, toddlers, infant and dogs. There was plenty of sleeping space/rooms/bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Easy stroll to the beach, large park accross the street. Convenient location. We sat by the pool, but weather didn't permit much use of it, nice that it has a pool for summer visitors. Bedding has thin blankets, so if you visit in winter months and get cold easy... bring blankets. We had a lovely stay, and would stay again if opportunity presented again for large family trip.

Beautiful house, in a great little neighborhood. A quick walk to the beach. Bedrooms are spacious & beds are comfortable. Sand toys & beach chairs in the garage. Would stay again for sure.

Recently stayed here for a golf trip with friends and highly recommend this property. There were eight of us so we each had our own room, clean and up to date amenities. A little bit of a hike to popular eating spots but nothing too bothersome. Owner answered questions quickly and would definitely look to stay here again on a return trip!

It was hard to adjust how to get hot water in the kitchen sink, had to get a full propane tank so we could grill, took longer to get the hot water when we were ready to take showers but over all it was good.

Very nice property. This is our 2nd time staying in the area. The home is equipped with everything you need. The rooftop was great to watch the sunset and the pool area was nice as well. Overall, my family and friends enjoyed the property and will most definitely book it again!

Special Thanks to our host Tony! You were nothing but fabulous! The house was great also. All the rooms were clean and just what the doctor would order for sleep and relaxation. The kids especially love the pool. So much they stay there in stead of going to the beaches. we are a cooking family and we really had a time in the kitchen cooking together and bonding as usual. The House is to die for you have to see for yourself! Enjoy!

We were a large group (17 between kids and adults) in HHI for our annual family vacation. This property was perfect for us! Beautiful home, great location (10 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach) with open beach. Kids loved the bunkbed room! would definitely stay at this property again!The property manager Tony was accessible and responsive to requests (replaced propane tank the day following our request). Also offered to trouble shoot other issues along the way (sand clogged showers, etc). Golf cart drivers Tammy and Rick were both amazing, coming to pick us up basically immediately after calling!

The house was great for 18 of us. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The golf cart was almost always available right away but we also rented bikes and those were great to ride to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Big beautiful house. Very comfortable. LOTS of room for everyone.

We rented this home to make Easter dinner with our Grandson who attends SCAD in Savanna.This home accommodated our group of friends and family, including our Golden Retriever with room to spare.The rooms are warm and inviting-very tastefully designed.The location was perfect for beach and shopping, and the small pool was a gathering spot in the evening.We definitely will rent this home again as we recommend it highly.

Amazing property. We loved the layout and design of the house. It was new and pristine. It was a nice walk to the beach. We had 6 teenagers with us and they loved having the upper level to themselves. We all loved the area and would come back again!

Very accommodating property for 6 golfers with guests. Due to age of most members we should have rented elevator but did not. That was our only issue.

We (14 family members) stayed at this property for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I can truly say that each of us enjoyed our stay. The house was very accommodating for a large family. The roof top was another gathering space with beautiful views of the ocean. The property is close enough to the beach to walk to the beach. We would rent this property again!

Great location for the courses we played lots of space and easy to get to local places.

The house was perfect for everyone. It was one of our best vacation homes we have stayed in. The house had everything we needed from appliances, to beach accessories. The location was PERFECT. Grocery stores, eateries, and shopping centers was close. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the Hilton Head area. GREAT place to stay!!!

This was our second stay at this location. We introduced our friends to this wonderful place and they absolutely loved the place. Tony thanks for the wonderful hospitality you and your daughter showed us soon as we arrived.

Our large group reuniting for a college reunion found the property to be spacious, convenient, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. It is well represented by the photographs. The balconies were super nice for fresh air and the rooftop provided a nice sunrise view and star gazing at night. So much space, lots of dishes, huge frig in kItchen (and a few more too), nice pool, and an abundance of beach gear were pluses! Communication from the property manager was inconsistent- sometimes quick and sometimes lagging. While minor and not impacting our enjoyment, the property could be better maintained (broken toilet paper holder, doors that don’t close properly, walls that need paint touch ups, etc. Also, a suggestion would be to have some basic spices, salt, pepper and oil for guests to use. We had 4 generations here in HH and this home is very well suited for big families. The service to the beach and location are very good.

We loved this home! It is a great layout, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful furnishings, nice pool area and great location. The beds are the MOST comfortable I’ve seen at any home I’ve rented. My husband said the same thing. Also, the property manager, Tony, is very nice, responsive and helpful. He really went the extra mile. We needed a couple minor things and it was taken care of right away. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again and we will be back!
