Overall, we had a good experience with our large family. The house is in a great location and Andi, at Vacations Homes, was wonderful helping us to set up our stay and accommodate our needs. The kitchen is a little tired and some things like a can opener were missing. The kitchen ice maker and the beverage fridge were not working along with the elevator. We would consider it again.

The house and distance to the beach was perfect! We’ve been to HHi for decades, but never to Singleton beach - loved it! The house and furnishings were well kept. The open concept first floor was where all 18 of us gathered for meals and games and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 2 laundry rooms and 2 fridges were used constantly. The design of the exterior had a covered and “tucked away” area for beach chairs, etc. that kept the house looking neat without seeing all that we took to the beach each day. The bedrooms were spacious, all with updated en suites. The furnishings were simple yet beautiful, which made us all feel welcomed and “at home”. The views from the rooms of the marsh and beach were breathtaking the wall of windows that spanned the side of the house. There was plenty of parking for our large crowd. A short walk on the beach to Coco’s for a quick bite and fun drinks was a nice bonus to our location. Overall we had a fantastic family beach trip and hope to rent this house again next year!

Great property and location. Everyone we invited had an incredible time and I think a huge part of that was that everyone felt comfortable. We had 21 in our group, including 9 kids and everyone had plenty of space.

We have been going to Hilton Head for years now. The property owners are absolutely on top of everything. They answer calls every time and take care of anything asap. This is a home we will head back to next vacation. The house layout is perfect for the beach and the views are visible on all 3 levels. I cannot say enough about the home and its owners. Kudos to them!

We are a pretty picky family and this house met all our needs. It was very clean and had plenty of room for a very large family to comfortably stay together. There is a crib available for smaller children and the teens had plenty of room to relax. It's a very close walk to the beach, there's a bit of a hill to get up to get to the beach, but it's not bad if you have a beach cart with the large wheels. The ice machine was key and the fridge is very large you can fit a lot in there, there is also a full sized fridge in the garage and another one in the pantry, there is a wine fridge next to the ice machine and another smaller fridge in the game room. All of the beds are comfortable and each floor can control its own temperature. The pool is a bit smaller than I expected and we never figured out how to turn the pool lights on, but it's perfect for small children and the temperature is good, no need to hear it in the summer. Overall I would suggest this house.

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for all the kids and direct beach access. Some things may have been a little worn, but it is to be expected with short term rentals. Everything was clean and up to standard. The owner was quick to respond and very helful.

Excellent location near beach. Gorgeous views toward the ocean and over the marshlands. Fun to ride bikes along the shore. Big, beautiful home with good sleeping accomodations.

The house is updated & was very clean! It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants, and the beach access point right next to the house was great. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property!

We were here with family and friends. Beds in bunks are much bigger then you might think. Views are incredible. Main kitchen and living area is huge and more then enough space for all. Pool is a great size and the pool deck also has so much room for activities!
