1.5 blocks from beach, screened porch, beautiful decks-perfect vacation rental for families

It was a great week. Lay of house was nice.

Home was in a great location, check in was easy, house was comfortable, clean, not fancy but. Great home for a get away.

This beach house is a short walk to the ocean and has all the amenities needed for a beach-focused vacation. Short walk to a great grocery store and restaurants. The management was friendly and responsive, but we'd rather have the issues taken care of before we arrived. Sliding shower door came off track, tub spout only worked for shower, the beds weren't made, a bad smell in the dishwasher. All these issues were taken care of. Overall, the property and furnishings are tired and need updating.

This property is no frills as well no hassles. Convenient, comfortable and clean. Would rent here again.

Beautiful home in an excellent location. Very relaxed atmosphere. Adequate off road parking. Walking distance to businesses and the beach. Would recommend for any family

We had an amazing vacation. Rental is a block and a half from the beach and you can walk to it just fine. Comfy beds/living space. We had 8 people in the house and slept/lived comfortably.

Didn’t know that I could not bring my bike and trailer until it was time for my stay . It Lee to be in bold writing that you cannot bring bacon trailer on the front page of the description and note they sell workers to the property every day to take pictures to make sure you don’t have your bike and trailer there.

This house was in such a good location! It was a short walk from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit this area!

Overall we had an amazing vacation, our children and family enjoyed our week. The house had a horrible smell and we found out it was dirty water settled in the bottom of the dishwasher. They came out and drained the water but were unable to fix it. The guy said it would be fixed before we left, however it never was. i wouldn’t say that ruined our trip though. The internet and cable also went out on the third day and never came back on, but an unplugged vacation was exactly what we needed.

We had a few maintenance issues with the dishwasher not working and the back door handle being broken. But all in all I wouldn't say it ruined our trip. There was a mishap in the beginning with the grill but they corrected that quickly. I will say they are quick to get back to you if you have an issue. If you're expecting luxury this place isn't for you. But if you want a cute, functional place to house a large group close to the beach and near all the attractions for a good price, then you'll enjoy this place.
