143 Catch and Relax: 5BR Home w/ Pool & Spa!

Let me preface this review first with the premise that I was a FMB resident for 4 years, my family and I travel extensively, and this is the first adverse review I’ve ever wrote. The good: the house is spacious, located perfectly, within walking distance to a great stretch of FMB away from all of the “action”. The pool was great for taking breaks the sun. If you have a family, the bulk of the rooms are on the third floor, which is good for quiet.The bad: We are local and have 5 kids. During the day their friends would come out. Throughout our stay I constantly harrased by the management company for the amount of cars at the residence. At the most there were a total of 5, 2 over max. The rep told me it was neighbors, maybe the owner, and kept repeating the “city ordinance”. This occurred all day, everyday. The dishwasher and grill were inoperable. When telling them they replied with “do you want me to put in a work order”. They remained broken despite multiple visits. I felt like I was subcontracting a renovation, not on vacation. The ring camera came on manually when my wife was on the porch after a workout. I found that highly peculiar. I have 4 daughters and their friends were there. I remember when FMB had an issue with a renter and hidden cameras in the past and it routinely crossed my mind if there were any being as though I was being told non stop that there were too many cars. Big house, pool, beach, post apocalyptic FMB ,noisy neighbors, surveillance

First time our family has visited the island. We've traveled quite extensively throughout the country and prefer a sense of home that a single family house such as this offers. I have to say that Catch & Relax ranks up there will the best homes we've rented. Everything was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the management company was responsive to a couple of small requests that we did make. We enjoyed being on the quieter south end of the island but still found it quick and easy to make it to the north side for additional entertainment/food options. No need to hesitate on renting here if you're looking to book a trip to FMB. Hope to be back again!

Great place to stay with large families. 5 min walk to the beach and pool and spa in the backyard. The canal was nice for fishing as well. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week enjoying this beautiful home. It was plenty spacious for our family of 7. The canal was an added plus for us, since we brought our paddle boards. Modern and up to date. Having two sets of washer and dryers made the week a breeze for doing laundry. Plenty of beach supplies plus towels. Location was great. Simple to go into Bonita Springs for dinner. Far enough away from the Fort Meyer’s traffic. Walk to beach also easy. Publix right down the street. We would definitely enjoy coming back to this house again. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

This house is amazing! Our family had a wonderful stay. We loved the basement, pool, and hot tub. The canal was awesome. We brought paddle boards and paddled and fished right off the nice dock/deck. The home had almost everything in the kitchen that we needed- thank goodness bc we ate in all week. Traffic to get down town was terrible (1hour and 20 minutes to get to Walmart 5 miles away). Just be aware. The beach access was a little farther than expected but I think that had to do with construction across the street. This home is on the expensive side for sure, but we loved it.

My family of four and my brother's family of six all stayed comfortably in this beautiful, spacious, and clean home. The photos are very accurate. The beach is a short walk down the street and across the road. The outdoor space at the house with pool and hot tub is lovely. It was stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and cooler. The downtown area is a little farther away, and the only issue we had all week was with traffic. Around 4pm the road leading into town would back up. There is a trolley system, which is great, but one day we hopped off the trolley to walk because it was faster. Many places have opened back up, but there are still lots of places closed from the hurricane as of this review.

House is fantastic. Location great beach is right there, publix is close. We stayed for thanksgiving with our family and there was plenty of room. Having the 1/2 bath and full size refrigerator right outside of the pool was great. The only thing that would of been perfect is we could of had the elevator working for my mom who can't really do stairs that was one of the main reason I booked this home. Otherwise everything was great everyone had their own bathrooms, pool and hot tub was awesome and having the laundry was wonderdul. we would definitely book again and hope the elevator would be available. The host was quickly responsive as well… five stars

We recently stayed with our two adult children and their families, this house was great because we could spread out and have room to ourselves. There was plenty of room for everyone but yet plenty of room in the common areas for everyone to gather. The beach is not a far walk, just around the corner and it was great having the beach items available in the garage to use. There are some good restaurants in the Santini Marina Plaza, we also rented a boat from Fish Tale marina that was a lot of fun. Can't wait to go back!
