Stayed Jan 31, 2024The property was exactly as described in the listing and the photos were very accurate. We had a comfortable stay, and loved how close we were to the ski lifts. We contacted the management company several times for minor requests (salt for driveway ice, adjusted checkout time), and they were highly responsive and accommodating. One minor note: driveway parking is very limited. Two vehicles will fit in the garage, but you probably won't have room for a ski rack on the roof of your car, and our Ford Expedition *barely* fit in with only inches to spare. But overall, a great stay and an excellent choice for a group ski getaway. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub, and used both daily during our stay. SkyRun was also fantastic as a management company. Highly recommended!

Stayed Mar 13, 2023Property was as advertised. We had a total of 11 people. Easy walk to bottom of PCM for skiing. Very short drive to Main Street or walkable if need be. Communication with property manager was easy. Any problems we had were fixed in a very timely manner! I would recommend this property.

Stayed Feb 8, 2023This home was suitable for our stay with a great location (across the street from Park City slopes and a not terrible walk up to the bars/restaurants), nice size with many beds, and a convenient gas fireplace. The main detractions were that the house was older with notable wear and tear (e.g., cabinets falling apart and unstable dining table/chairs), the hot tub was seemingly dated, as it broke down once each day we used it (despite following management instructions for use), and the driveway parking was tricky for a larger vehicle (roofbox for skis prevented us from using garage). Despite these issues, the house functioned well for our group, and management was very responsive, fixing the hot tub both days it broke down. If the hot tub were replaced and the main living area were updated, this would be a really exceptional place to stay. Overall, I would recommend it to others, who want a big, convenient place to stay at a more affordable price in Park City.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a beautiful property in front of one of the Park city parking lots. It has 4 bedrooms in 3 stories and a hot tub. It has a spacious kitchen and closets. The heater/furnace worked well. We stay there for New years for almost 1 week. We would have liked some Holiday decorations in and outside the home to feel that we were celebrating a Holiday, but had to settled for the neighbors beautiful green tree lights outside. It would also have been nice to have some table games. We brought some but we were stuck inside more than expected because of the snow and although we tried to go out to get some, there was so much snow and the area in front of the garage was never plowed , that it was a hassle to get out even in a 4wd vehicle. I was surprised that the city didnt plowed this segment of the street and that the property owners of this multimillion dollar home didnt arrange for that service. We had 3 family members shoveling snow 2-3 times to get the cars in and out of the property and had to think twice everytime we wanted to get out, once we had to leave the car out of the garage because of the amount of snow despite salting the driveway. The house is well furnished but the dining chairs had thin covers because the leather or plastic was all pealed off- Replacing or upholstering those is a must or buying some quality covers in the short term that dont come off. The renters paying top dollar for the property surely dont expect that. Tere was poor lighting in the bunk room even during the day and the plumbing in the bunk bedroom also needs to be checked- we couldnt bathed the toddlers there because it took forever to fill up the tub. In summary this is a spacious property but some upgrading is needed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay at 1382 Empire Ave was fantastic! Look no further for a large, comfortable space, within walking distance to the slopes! Location is everything for this gem, especially when traveling with a large group. This allows great flexibility in getting to the slopes and not worrying about parking! Furthermore, the space is wonderfully furnished, cozy, inviting, and exceeded our expectations!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was perfect for our ski vacation! It's directly across from Park City Mountain main base, with slopes visible and an easy 5 min walk across the parking lot to the lifts, ice rink and shops/restaurants. Its a bit farther of a walk to the closest grocery store - about 15 mins - so a car or the local busing system (free, though not always frequent) are better options. The local buses stop at PCM base or two blocks down Empire St and go into historic Park City (about 15 min ride) as well as to Deer Valley and other local spots. The house itself was extremely clean, all beds comfortable, well stocked with the essentials for our trip. The fireplace is easy to use, with wood supplied and the hot tub great for apres ski. No complaints (except price, but that's just what stuff like this costs!). Highly recommend!!
