Located on the end, this cozy townhome has updated finishes and a beautiful scenic golf view from private deck. Bring your pet for a relaxing and getaway in the heart of Kiawah Island.

The first-floor master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with walkin shower.

The second-floor, 2nd bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and full bathroom with walk in shower.

The 3rd bedroom located on the second floor offers a queen-sized bed, TV and bathroom accessible from the hallway with a shower and bathtub combination.

The villa offers a full size washer dryer.

You will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses and The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center, 30 miles of bike trails, dining, nature programs and kids camp at the Night Heron Park.

Guests do not have access to resort pools
Sewee Properties booking process:
-You must return Sewee Properties Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is an easy to sign electronic agreement emailed upon booking.
--Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund with the exception of 5% reservation fee if cancel before 30 days of arrival date. No refunds outside of 30 days.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.

    The condo, while pet-friendly, is not clean. The place needs deep cleaning and could definitely use painting and updating. The pictures are deceiving in the fact that many things are basically worn out and dingy. My family was extremely disappointed. We have stayed in Kiawah for the last 15 years and for the price, we are completely underwhelmed and frustrated. Definitely not worth it.

    We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was stocked well with kitchen items, games, books. We had an issue with the back patio access and they promptly had someone come out and resolve it. Would be back in a heartbeat! Thanks!

    Great location on the golf course and within walking distance to the beach. Overall layout of the property was very nice, with lots of light and bright, airy feeling. It could use some updating and refreshing as some of the kitchen cabinetry was broken, and the bathroom tile was somewhat moldy. Biggest issue was cleanliness as the house was dusty. We also saw several small roaches, which was a big turnoff. We would consider returning but only if the cleanliness issues are resolved.

    We have been coming to Kiawah as a family for years. This unit was in the best condition of any that we have stayed in. The location offered easy access to the main bike trails and a short walk to the beach. The unit was laid out very nicely and nicely decorated. We'll definitely look to book this unit again during a future stay at Kiawah!

    Very clean and centrally located! Pictures were a little deceiving for condo, kitchen and bedroom size. We ended up giving the master to our married daughter so the pack and play would fit in the room. It’s great for a smaller family with their children only! Loved the decor throughout. The kitchen definitely is a one person kitchen but we made it work since we cooked almost all meals there. We were able to take professional family pics on the golf course out back of the unit and frequently saw deer every day. Nicely location to public beach parking lot across from the conference center since we had a baby and gear to transport daily.

    Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were large and each room had an adjoining bath - big plus with 5 women! We were in walking distance to the beach so carrying towels, cooler, chairs, was not hard. There are plenty of bike paths to ride and things to se outside of the beach. Downtown Kiawah was fabulous and we were close enough to spend a day exploring Charleston. Great location!
