    Excellent location, run down appearance of furniture in most rooms. Patio lounge chair was broken. Kitchen was dirty, had to clean it before using it. Bathroom wasn’t clean either. Floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all summer. Again excellent location and loved the patio was right in the sand.

    The condo is right on the beach, step off the porch into the sand! The porch was great and the upstairs balcony has an awesome ocean/beach view. Only downfalls, it states two parking spots and there’s only one (it’s only possible to park one vehicle). The condo could use some updates. The outdoor shower is more like a sauna. The bedrooms/beds could be better quality. The bedroom with two single bed (uncomfortable) would be better off with bunkbeds. Overall has a great vacation and enjoyed our stay.

    the location to beach etc was great. Parking cannot accommodate two vehicles. One of our vehicles had to use street parking place needs some tlc.

    Glass stovetop broken., outside shower door missing, outdoor furniture broken, NO cleaning supplies (we were told everything must be cleaned before leaving but no supplies provided), no necessities ( toilet paper, etc). The beds and sofa need replacing, as well as the window air conditioner units. We would definitely consider coming back if these were addressed. For the amount we paid, we should have toilet paper upon arrival and a working stovetop, or at least notification of such things before getting there.

    The owners need to replace the appliances. The refrigerator has cracks, the ice machine doesn’t work. Two burners on the stove don’t work. The deck is great!!!

    House and Location: Great. The unit is right on the beach. We had an awesome trip overall. Property Management: Basically we showed up to the house too early on Saturday while the cleaners were there and they left before the place was totally clean (particularly the floors). We should have turned around and left but had a 1-year old with us so we opted to stay and try to keep out of the cleaners' way. We ended up cleaning the unit ourselves Saturday afternoon (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, etc). There were a few other issues in the unit when we showed up, such as the sliding door to the upper deck was broken and stuck closed, the screen door to the downstairs deck was broken, the Wi-Fi router did not work, the downstairs bed did not have a mattress pad, etc. I listed these issues in an e-mail to the property manager sent Saturday night, along with a description of the general lack of cleanliness of the unit, in which I asked that they consider giving some money back because of the items listed above. I received a long (and what I considered to be very rude) e-mail response back on Monday which stated among other things, The only accurate accounting I have found in your e-mail is the mention of the living room screen and two sliding doors that were already scheduled to be repaired. It's one thing to disagree with me about a partial refund, but I paid hard-earned money to have a nice vacation and did not expect to have my integrity questioned by the property manager for emailing them about the state of the rental unit. Ultimately, the mattress pad was brought over on Sunday (the 2nd day of our stay); the Wi-Fi router was replaced on Tuesday (the 4th day of our stay); and the upstairs sliding door was fixed on Thursday (the 6th day of our stay) so we only had access to the upper balcony for 1 day (which is a pretty awesome feature that we mostly missed out on). All that said, all the folks that I dealt with in person from the property manager were very nice. Overall: I would recommend the unit itself, but I had a not-so-great customer experience with the property management.

    We loved eating crabs and meals on the deck and just lounging in the sun. If the stove was fully working and there was tile in the bedrooms, we would have given 5 stars. Place just needs a few minor upgrades. Awesome.
