13 Moonshell, Close to Beach, Pool, Big Backyard, Free Golf, Dogs Welcome

We really liked this house and its location. It's located in a quieter neighborhood so the short walk to the beach is no problem at all. So many great restaurants within 10 minutes of it! It has plenty of room and we can't wait to go back again when it's warmer so we can enjoy the pool!

The many features of 13 Moonshell enabled our multi-generational family to celebrate Thanksgiving in a fun, relaxed, comfortable way. The layout is perfect, with a spacious, open, sunny kitchen/living area in which to gather, and bedrooms away from the hubbub. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals of all kinds, and the second fridge came in handy for our large group. The kids had plenty of room to play, both inside and out. Street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood, so the 6-car allowance is a huge benefit. Also important: this place was spotless, and the appliances worked well. We would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was nice, comfortable, and generally clean except for under some furniture. Bath mats would be appreciated, as well as pot holders and trash bags in the kitchen. The refrigerator cooled down significantly after being left ajar. The water in the kitchen sink never got hot, just lukewarm. We would certainly consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful time, the house was a good fit for our family. The walk to the beach through the private pathway was enjoyable and easy. The pool is also a good fit for a family of 12. The only thing that I would add to the house is a bathroom near the pool on the lowest level.

Beautiful home in wonderful location near beach. Home was very comfortable and well stocked with all we needed. Definitely would recommend it for several out of town family gatherings( as we did). Thank you owners for sharing your beautiful home!! The only issue was someone changed the code for beach access, we were able to enter( people were working on keypad, but when we tried to leave the beach area at the road the code did not work. We had to quietly walk on the big house' s property to leave the area. It was 2-28-24

We had a lovely time at 13 Moonshell Road. The home was the perfect size for our party and we enjoyed the pool bar and recreational facilities (even though it was a little too chilly to swim). Easy walk to the beach and centrally located for our favorite restaurants. All in all, a great stay! We would love to return! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at 13 Moonshell and we were very impressed. Great location with a short walk to the beach gate. The actual path could use some work but not sure that is your problem. The size of the pool is great and the bar/eating area are perfect. Having two refrigerators was a plus. Wonderful selection of pots and pans and utensils. The clothes dryer could use an update as well as bed in second floor master. A king there and on the first floor should be considered. TV channel selection was sketchy but we were prepared for that from other reviews and plan on buying ice. As I began this review this property was unbelievably clean! There is plenty of room and closet space. We hope to be back! Wonderful property!
