    We had a wonderful time staying at 13 Duck Hawk! The location is perfect in Sea Pines, quick walk to the beach or ride your bike just about anywhere. The updates to the house are modern and beautiful. We had two families staying with preteens/teenagers and there was plenty of room. Having bikes with the house is a nice touch. You definitely need to rent beach gear. There are no “toys”, chairs, etc at the house. We misread the listing and did not realize that. Overall awesome place to stay!

    The home exceeded everyone’s expectations! We had everything we needed and plenty of space to roam around. The location also couldn’t be beat as we walked along the beach several times a day.     We couldn't ask for a better rental property (house, pool, cleanliness, proximity to beach.) After 48 years of renting beach homes up and down the Carolina shores, this was the absolute best. It was such a pleasure not having to spend hours cleaning the house after the cleaning crew left. It was obvious that both the owner and rental agency anticipated all the renters needs. Many thanks.

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had age ranges from 2.5 - 70 and this property accommodated all of us. We had plenty of room to spread out and be together. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The wagon provided was so helpful! A few more pans in the kitchen would have been helpful (large skillet and griddle for pancakes) but the overall kitchen space was lovely. We hope to be back!

    Our jaws fell to the floor when we crossed the threshold into this gorgeous house. All of the rooms were very comfortable and many details were well thought out. There were plenty of linens, beach towels, and beach supplies. The guest connect portal was very helpful in navigating check in and check out procedures, pool and spa details, renting additional bikes, etc. the location of the house is ideal, situated in Sea Pines such that favorite destinations such as Harbor Town, Salty Dog, Coligny, etc. are all within a comfortable bike ride. This house was simply perfect in all ways.

    The house is big, well appointed and in a good location. We had 4 adults and two small children. The house could have handled many more people comfortably. The management company was excellent in their communication with us from pre-check-in to our departure. They were professional and prompt.

    This beautiful property was as great live as it looks in the photos! Spacious, beautifully decorated, easy walk to the beach. It was the perfect space for the getaway for me and 7 of my longtime Gal Pals.

    Everything went great! Bikes were great, sand/beach chairs worked out perfect. Great layout of a home with easy access to the beach and just a short distance from Harbor Town. Would rent again
