    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very well appointed brightly decorated two bedroom two bathroom first floor holiday home. It works really well and no faults or deficiencies occurred in our five weeks extended so far up to eight weeks stay due to the COVID 19 restrictions and no flights home to the UK. The kitchen has all you need with the cooker microwave and a very useful small countertop oven which suffices for many functions. The large TV and internet have been really useful. The decking front side and rear serves well for enjoying the outside with seating. The general area, which we call the Scottish estate because every street is named after a Scottish town, is quiet friendly and naturally wooded. The walk to the wonderful beach is less than five minutes. What's not to like, it's great!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great except for electricity issues. The circuit breaker on the washing machine popped at least three times and the dryer once. The problem with that is the main circuit breaker box is in the down stairs unit and we stayed in the upstairs unit. The service man who came to look at it didn't know how to fix it. I'm no electrician but am speculating that, maybe with both units occupied, 200 amp service is required(I think it is just 100 amp now). If the downstairs is unoccupied, how will the upstairs residents reset the circuit breaker if it pops(it may never happen however if only one unit is occupied).
