There was plenty of room to had out, chill, and just have a great time together. Everyone was able to truly unplug and relax. Breck/Fairplay had something for everyone, and we loved every second of it. Thank you for having us, will be back!

We had plenty of room and everything we needed to cook meals. We live in Breckenridge but rented to get a change of scenery, a staycation. The view of the mountains was breathtaking and the kids had so much fun playing air hockey and pool. The hot tub being outside was magical to look at all the stars. This is really a special home.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Once every 3-5 year family gathering. This home was perfect for our age group and the basement game room was greatly appreciated. The back deck was perfect for star gazing and mountain enjoyment. Thanks to the Botti family for making it available through VRBO.
