There is one free off-street parking spot behind the property as well as free street parking in front of the home, although this area is highly walkable and Ubers are readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. You are walking distance to a Kroger for groceries as well as endless shopping & restaurant options along 12th Ave. South

We do not supply propane for the grill. There may be some leftover from a previous guest. If not, you can grab one from a nearby grocery store. Please note a damage deposit will be collected directly by the Host for your reservation. The deposit is a hold that is placed on your card 24 hours prior to check in and then released after check-out, assuming there is no damage.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. We do not host anyone Local to Nashville, which includes anyone with a Local phone number.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is accepted. If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

    We only stayed 1 night to be close to airport to fly out next morning. Property worked well for 3 adult friends to each have their one suites! Lounge/common areas were nice and decorated cute! We loved the tall ceilings and outdoor space as well. It was too cold to use, but a great feature!

    The property's is in a great location - short walk to 12S shops and restaurants and 10-15 minutes by ride share to other Nashville hot spots. The unit works well for three couples with each of its three bedrooms having onsite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, and the private, roof-top patio is a nice extra!
