If you would like to heat the spa only, it is $225 + tax per week..
For winter months December through March there is also a propane option to heat the pool and can be heated for an additional fee of $775 - $1275 per week, depending on the season.

    The property was exactly as pictured and was spacious and suited our group perfectly!Located in the beautiful Sea Pines community it feels safe and is surrounded by amazing biking paths, gold courses and a short walk to an amazing stretch of beach.The communication from the owner leading up to our stay provided us with all the information we needed to know and helpful in providing recommendations.we would definitely stay here again!

    This property was perfect for our family trip. My husband & I booked the house for us& 5 of our adult children families 8”+ a nanny. The house accommodated us very comfortably. The management was responsive to answer any questions.

    This property, service and amenities were everything and more we could have hoped for. The pool and outdoor area was the perfect spot to relax and commune, while the rooms, beds, and baths were incredibly comfortable. The high end amenities (appliances, Sonos speakers, tv, ) were all top end. And the location was more than ideal. Cannot wait to come back!
