The living room is adjacent to the dining area and leads you into the Carolina room, which provides you with down-home comfort to curl up and watch a movie or play one of the many board games to choose from. The placement of the three bedrooms offers maximum privacy. If you think you’ve seen it all, wait until you walk out of the kitchen to your secluded tropical oasis with a private pool and spa, royal teak furniture, and gas grill. Complimentary use of 1 hour of tennis at South Beach Racquet Club completes this perfect vacation getaway package!

HIGHLIGHTS
• Private *heated pool/spa (12 ft x 26 ft) *Pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge. Heating the pool and spa is an additional $800.00 and heating just the spa is an extra $275.00 . The pool cannot be heated in June, July, or August, however the spa portion can be heated separately at that time of year. There is an additional service fee of $65.00 to heat the pool if you heat it within 2 weeks of arrival.

    Sea Pines is amazing. The property is surrounded by Live Oaks with Spanish Moss and Southern Pines. We loved the pool and the walk to the beach is reasonable.

    The location was close enough to all we had planned to do. The house met all of our needs and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The open concept worked well for our young grandchildren. we enjoyed all of the different sitting areas. the pool was beautiful and the kids loved it.

    12 Deer Run Lane is a perfect vacation home. Beautiful gated community. Huge open floor plan. All the kitchen things! Fantastic pool and hot tub. Nice linens and towels. Bicycles! Not too long a walk to the beach. We would certainly stay here again!
