#12 Carlotta - Tiny Home Cottage

We loved everything about this cottage. We are already planning another trip next year, to bring Our daughter and grandsons. There's a playground I know they will love. And it was close to Pigeon Forge. They were so thoughtful there...that they even made sure to have a little bit of everything, in case you forget anything. Look forward to visiting these cottages again and again, Definitely will recommend to anyone.

It was very comfortable and in a peaceful setting. It was very clean and the decor was adorable.

Check-in was easy, the place was sweet and clean and easy to navigate. We felt private and cozy, and the little guidebook made finding everything we needed easy!

I can’t recommend these tiny homes enough! They were exactly as described in the listing and were very clean. The home includes pretty much everything you need and the location is great. The hosts are very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend staying there and will definitely be back!!!

The Carlotta tiny house is beautiful! It was sparkling clean and ready for our weekend. It’s nice and quiet, yet close enough to town to be so convenient to all the main attractions!

We stayed two nights. Everything was great! It was nice to come back to quiet after a busy day. Loved it!

I love this place from the entrance all the way to the number 12 cabin. I call it cabin the way it was set up the way the host replied right away when I had questions she allowed me or they allowed me to check in late since I was driving so far They were amazing and I will stay here again !

We had a great time during our stay in this tiny house. It had everything we wanted in a getaway property. It was close enough to the attractions in the Gatlinburg area but away from the crowds. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

Highly recommended! We can not say enough positive things about our stay in this beautiful little cottage! Convenient location to attractions and grocery stores. Cottage was very clean and bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The little refrigerator and microwave were perfect for us. We had an amazing time and have already recommended it to family and friends. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Smokies! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful tiny cottage with us. It definitely was perfect in every way.

We had a great week staying at this location. Property was clean and area was quiet. Owner was helpful in arranging for us to stay an extra night when the opportunity presented itself. Very happy with this stay. We will definitely return.

Went and stayed for the weekend to celebrate my birthday! This place was very nice and clean. Just what me and my boyfriend needed. 10/10 will stay again!
