We loved this property! Its in a great location, is perfectly maintained, clean, and equipped with everything you could need! Great communication from the host responded quickly to any questions. We hope to be able to come back!

The condo was very nice with all the recent updates. The kitchen was fully stocked. Great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Loved access to the locker near the beach with beach chairs. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week staying here! From the communication with the owner to make sure everything was going well to the beautiful upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautifully updated & decorative!! Exceptionally clean!!

We absolutely loved our stay last week. The townhouse is fully renovated and gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner, the beds were comfortable and it was super clean. The beach locker was a life saver with two kids. We were able to ride bikes (less than 5 mins) up to beach everyday rather than having to park and lug our stuff to beach each day. Alex was a great host. He communicated prior to the trip, checked in during the week to make sure everything was okay and even answered a random number when my son locked us out with both of our phones inside.We will definitely be coming back! It's one of the nicest homes we've stayed at in Shipyard to date.

Host was a great communicator who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved the short bike ride to beach access and the location within Shipyard was so convenient to restaurants and shopping as well! This was a great hike base for a wonderful vacation!

The property was clean, very well detailed and had all the amenities that you would need. Location was excellent with a short walk to the beach. Access was easy. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions and inquiries we had.Only downside was congestion at Hilton Head over the Memorial Day weekend. We had significant difficulty finding places to eat that didn't have long wait times.This is a general comment about the area and in no way reflects the stay we had at the property.

This is our third time in Hilton Head staying in the Greens in Shipyard and this unit is now our favorite. Proximity to the beach doesn't get much better as well as the view from the deck overlooking one of the course greens. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. This unit has a couple of things that make it a standout over other units that we have stayed in. 1) The deck faces north so you can sit out on the deck anytime of the day and not have the sun beating down on you. While we love a sunrise/sunset facing view but they can make it too hot to sit outside at certain times. Not so with this unit we had breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. 2) The use of a beach locker. This was more valuable than we anticipated since we spent a lot of time at the beach. We stored our chairs and umbrella in the locker and grabbed them when we got to the beach. We essentially walked to the beach with our towels and water bottles. This is a feature that we have not had in the past and it was really great. Communication with the owners was excellent - it was clear they wanted to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Will are planning to return next year.

We had the best week. We love staying at this property and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Alex is always very responsive and helpful and everything is always very neat and packed with amenities! It is a great home away from home in our happiest place on earth!

What a terrific Villa in Shipyard! We were in town for the wedding at the pavilion in Sonesta. This villa is very close to the beach so if you're looking for close - without paying for on the beach - this is a great choice. Sitting on 6 green of the Galleon course at Shipyard Golf Club, it offers a beautiful setting looking out the back. Even through all of the rain & cloudiness during the week of our stay, it was a lovely view. The villa is clean, nicely appointed, and very spacious! It offered everything (and more) that we needed. The master bedroom was roomy with plenty of storage in the dresser & walk-in closet. The bed & pillows there were divine! The mattress was comfy and having extra pillows is perfect! The second bedroom was very roomy as well. The kitchen & dining area both look out to the back or the front (from the kitchen) as well if you're standing/looking that way. The office off to the kitchen was perfect for us as we worked remotely during our trip. Wifi worked very well. Half bath (downstairs) was nice to have as well. The living room was comfy and great for relaxing in the evening. The villa and Shipyard area are close to many restaurants and shopping in the area as well. The communication from the owners was OUTSTANDING!! They offered complete information about their place and communicated with us from shortly after our booking through our stay and beyond! We HIGHLY recommend this villa! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The condo was an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean and communication with the owner was friendly and easy. The condo was very spacious and even had a pull out couch, but we didn't need it. Lot of kitchen essentials, nice bathrooms. We really appreciated the washer/dryer bring upstairs. Over all it was a great stay.

Condo was awesome, I would say one of the best stocked condos we have stayed in! Owners were very easy to work with, and communication was great. The beach locker was such a plus, we didn’t have to carry our beach gear every day. Hilton Head is one of our favorite vacation spots, we come often, and would definitely love to stay here again.

We have visited HHI for years now and most of those stays have been at Shipyard, and specifically at The Greens. We really love the proximity to the beach (short walk or bike ride), etc. Although we have had lots of great experiences, our stay at 117 The Greens was one of the best experiences we have had. The updates, the beach locker, the bikes, and the fantastic hosts, made this a wonderful experience! Overall, the villa was well equipped, clean, and updated (definitely as advertised). The hosts were very friendly and checked to ensure everything we needed. Overall, great experience!

Our family was very pleased with this Greens condo. It was close to the beach, had a nice view of the golf course, clean, decorated nicely, and had a kitchen that was well equipped! Alex was very helpful answering questions and offering restaurant suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.
