This luxurious Kiawah Island vacation rental features five bedrooms, a private pool, and sweeping views of Osprey Point's 16th fairway. The home is an easy 10-minute walk from the beach.

Upon entry, you will immediately notice the picturesque golf views, abundant natural light, and elegant architectural details. The main living space offers plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the screened porch and pool deck. Enjoy preparing meals in the stunning, fully-equipped kitchen. Open to the living and dining room, the kitchen allows easy for easy conversation flow and features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, shiplap ceilings, and a center island with a farmhouse sink.

Recharge during your vacation in one of the home's five well-appointed bedrooms. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms and TVs. On the first floor, you will find a luxurious primary suite with beautiful golf views, a king-sized bed, and access to the screened porch. Equipped with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, and large vanity, the spacious private bathroom is spa-like and serene. Ascend the staircase to discover the four remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The first is a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and window seat perfect for reading or simply enjoying the golf views. A bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a bedroom with one queen-sized bed, and a bedroom with one double bed complete the home's sleeping quarters. A second living area is also found on this level.

The home's fantastic outdoor living spaces invite guests to relax in utmost comfort. Whether dining al fresco, taking a swim in the pool, or lounging on the screened porch, guests may soak in the beautiful surroundings throughout the year.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 11' W x 23' L. The pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Reviewer Comments: We were able to get our family together from the Midwest to South Florida for the first time this year.We've been coming to Kiawah for the past 20 years+ but this year was special. We sequestered out selves in the house and socially distance ourselves on the nearby beach. We brought-in, ordered-in or cooked all meals.We had a few minor issues with the kitchen which we we worked around. The elevator was welcome accommodation, especially for the seniors.

I'm not sure you could get much closer to the beach and stay in the price range of this house. The layout was great and it had everything we needed. The pool was awesome. The beds were extremely comfy...I meant to look to see if there was some kind of topper on the one we slept in because it was so comfortable. Management company was easy to work with, priced competitively, etc. We truly had no complaints. If you are choosing between a few houses and just can't decide, pick this one...you will not be disappointed.

    Location was fantastic...a short bike ride or a little longer walk to the beach. Very comfortable home. Plenty of space for our family of four plus two add-on teens. Pool in the back was wonderful—just big enough to cool off. Great to have pool and beach gear provided. Kitchen fully equipped and easy to cook in. Just loved it all!!

They each had their own bedroom and bathroom which they loved. Since most restaurants were closed we cooked ALL meals at the house which worked out great. This house has plenty of room, enjoyed the screened porch and the pool was used every day. There were only a few issues that Akers Ellis quickly resolved. The beach was an easy walk, or a quick bike ride. We would rent this house again.

Very well appointed home with all the tools necessary for cooking great meals and enjoying all that Kiawah has to offer. The home was clean with spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen table for playing card games etc etc. Two thumbs up and we have already booked it for two weeks next summer.
