Stayed Dec 21, 2025Great location close to National Wildlife Refuges/boat tours/Corpus Christi. The property was clean with plenty of space for a family or larger group. Hosts were quick to respond to text/emails and easy to work with.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brand new condo with plumbing problems and no plumber to fix the problem. Nina, the manager has poor management skills. Only one restroom and sink stopped up. The four people staying downstairs, had to wash up brush her teeth upstairs in the guest restroom. We had to buy wipes to wash our hands in the middle of the night when we went to the restroom. We arrived on Friday and the pool was clean and enjoyable. On Sunday, green and cloudy. We were told they shocked/clean on Tuesdays. Sunday we found three chlorine tablets at the bottom of the pool in reach where kids could play with them or ingest them.

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Nine friends stayed here. Everyone had a very comfortable bed. Great location and very clean. Would highly recommend. No elevator. Steep steps. Good exercise. Wish there was a hot tub. Will book again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Loved the layout of the house. We had 3 families staying here with plenty of room. Lots of towels were left for us. Kitchen had basic pots and pans. I did take a couple of my own skillets as we were cooking meals for 9. House has coffee pot and blender - both great for a beach house. Pool was enjoyed every day. Had some issues with dishwasher but maintenance came right away and fixed.
