Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a local's beach. Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and beach matting Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.

Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.

While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.

    This house is great. Conveniently located to the beach, we biked there everyday with our kids. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked, though some random spices were missing, which is to be expected. The pool and grill were clean, great and right next to each other. The beds are comfortable, the listing is accurate, there were plenty of baby/toddler toys, and we had a great time.

    We can't thank you enough for setting the stage for an amazing family vacation. This house felt like home and filled our stay with memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. In addition to being immaculate, there were so many thoughtful amenities and additions. The location is perfect with so much to do for all ages and interests.     We loved the house, but it’s important to mention that it doesn’t comfortably accommodate 16 people as advertised. We had 16 guests, consisting of three families with mostly teenage boys and young adults. The bunk room is designed to sleep two people per bed, which might work for small children, but it’s unrealistic for anyone over the age of 10. The bunk beds are very low, small, and have a weight limit of 150 lbs on the top bunk, making it impossible to safely fit two kids on the top bunk. We had to purchase three additional air mattresses to accommodate everyone. That being said, the house itself was great. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the pool was a nice feature. We had a couple of minor issues with the pool, faucet and dishwasher, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed them right away. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, and we rented bikes to explore the area. Overall, the house was wonderful except for the bed situation.

    Overall the house was clean. It had everything we needed amenity wise (having an 8 month old with our party), kids bedroom was wonderful with toys, tv, movies, etc., the kitchen was great and we did enjoy our stay. However, the outdoor pool area was not as enjoyable. The pictures are a bit deceiving as the pool is EXTREMELY small and very deep! The retaining wall is not high enough or enclosed. This was very concerning as we had small children, one whom is autistic, and the lake was able to be accessed very easily. Not to mention the alligators were right below us almost the entire time and out of the water with nothing stopping them from entering the pool area. We understand they live in fresh water, but there should have been something enclosing the area fully or this mentioned with better pictures in the description. It was supposed to be cleaned on Wednesday and they showed up, but never cleaned it. It was dirty, and was not cleaned our whole stay, and didn’t look like it had been in a while. We are pool owners at home and were very disappointed in this. The landscaping from the neighboring property was overgrown and covering most of the sunny part of the patio, the pool only has minimal sun. A few other things worth mentioning are the furnace filters were black and haven’t been changed since Jan, the ice maker/filtered water didn’t work & was dirty. Also, longer than a 5 min walk to the beach, more like 10.

    This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had adults and kids of all ages and everyone loved it. The bedrooms are layed out to give everyone space. The kids loved the bunk bed room. The pool and pool area was nice and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for everyone. It’s also just a short walk over to the beach but the kids never wanted to leave the salt water pool. It’s also in walking distance to mini golf and a few restaurants. You can walk over to gators pizza and wings and their pizza was delicious. We will definitely be booking again! (Side note, but wouldn’t take stars off for this; the patio area does have an ant problem. We contacted maintenance, they came out first thing the next morning, which was amazing that they were so on top of things! But the ants were still everywhere around the pool and grill, might need more than just maintenance spraying. And the bedrooms get really hot at night if you shut the doors, even if you turn the AC way down. But none of that would stop us from returning from this beautiful beach home!)

    The house itself is gorgeous and very clean. We enjoyed being an 8 minute walk to the beach. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Things we needed taken care of, she checked into it right away. The house is very close to the neighbors so I f you enjoy privacy and not hearing neighbors, this probably isn’t the best choice. We didn’t have any problems while we were there. Having the beach chairs and beach stuff available was great! There are plenty of beach towels.
