1109 S. Boston Pl 3 bedroom, 2 bath house

For the few questions we had the owner responded quickly. This was our 1st experience with renting property through Expedia and we were not disappointed. I would definitely rent from this owner again!

Centrally located in Russellville in a quiet neighborhood. Much better for a family than a hotel and more economical. Fully furnished kitchen.

We liked that it had a garage we could park our vehicle in

Floors were filthy, we cleaned what we could. Beds weren’t comfortable at all. But overall it’s a nice place.

It was a good stay and it was nice to have the extra room since we had an ice storm one day and had to stay in. I wish there had been some instruction for how to use the TV, Trash Collection and how to use the digital door lock.

Needed a place while visiting our family. It was spacious enough all 6 of us (3 bedrooms) with plenty of common living space and just what we needed.

Stayed here while visiting family in Russellville over the Thanksgiving holiday. Home was very easy to get to. Very nice and clean. It was close to where we were meeting our family, so that made our trip even better.

MY CREW ENJOYED THIS PROPERTY. THEY HAD ZERO ISSUES AND WANTED TO STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN THEY RETURN. OWNER WAS EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMUNICATIONS

Clean but the coffee maker is a hot mess.

Great property for the price

One of my daughters and her children have been coming with me every year for the last 8 years. This year I brought a different daughter and her kids. (I did bring the other daughter earlier in the year.). This daughter enjoyed it as much as my other daughter did. This is our home when we are in Arkansas. My grandkids are always excited to stay in the (Pink) house! It was wonderful as usual! Thank you so much! We’ll be back in the fall!

Amanda’s place was perfect for our long weekend away. We used it as a home base with our dogs to go hiking at the many state parks and other trails nearby. The house had everything we needed.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here within a 4 year period. It’s a great place to stay and it accepts dogs. This time we noticed that there was furniture that had been scratched by pets & kitchen ceiling light cover was missing (could have been for better lighting). It has a full size washer & dryer, stocked kitchen appliances, bed linens & towels. This is a very clean property. Amanda is a wonderful hostess. She made sure the house was nice and cool when we arrived to go inside from this summertime of heat wave.

Three spring form mattresses should have been thrown away years ago. We purchased a 3” memory foam topper hoping to not feel all of the springs, it barely helped. I weigh 130lbs so can not imagine how much more the average weight person would feel each of the springs. The only other issue was SEVEN tabletop air fresheners, which I promptly removed. It was all I could taste all night. Beyond that it was exceptionally clean, well maintained, well furnished, quiet and safe. Neighbors were very friendly. Water pressure and temperature was good, washer and dryer worked well. Extending our stay was very easy.
